The Green Bay Packers are back in the NFC Championship game after sending the No. 1 seed Dallas Cowboys packing. A great game, which we’re happy to break down.
They’re there primarily because of three people.
This podcast will do some celebrating. We’re going to hand out some props.
We’ll also talk some real football.
Despite his mostly masterful performance, Aaron Rodgers wasn’t great at all times. We don’t have too much criticism for the guy, but he did miss some throws.
We do more so have some criticism for the Packers cornerbacks. Both LaDarius Gunter and Damarious Randall had disastrous games. Your Pro Bowl safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was also a no-show.
That guy is a bum.
Who else is a bum?
Clay Matthews for one. Julius Peppers for two. Mike Daniels for three.
Defensively, three guys did show up, only one of which we expected.
The Packers’ defense is bad, something that we’ve known for a while, but Aaron Rodgers is carrying the team. If he completes this run the entire way, Rodgers is among the all-time greats.
His legacy will be cemented.
What the Packers are doing right now has never been done.
We’ll lay it out for you.
Plus, why there’s hope of beating the Atlanta Falcons for a trip to the Super Bowl.
