Green Bay Packers tight end Jimmy Graham had a cornhole tournament this past weekend. We don’t really know much about that, but naturally Graham had some things to say to reporters.
One, he likes the team’s young running back trio. Two, he’s hoping teams double team receivers Davante Adams and Randall Cobb, leaving him in a one-on-one matchup.

I’m going to go with probably unlikely on that second point.
If I am an opposing defense, I am probably doubling Graham first and possibly Adams. While Adams is the Packers’ clear-cut No. 1 receiver, he’s never really been known for his speed or ability to separate.
Ultimately, that should leave plenty of opportunities for Cobb, who has had two, arguably three, down years in a row. Will this be the year that Cobb returns to his 2014 self, when he had more than 1,200 yards and 12 TDs?
There is certainly one similarity to this season and that one. Cobb is in a contract year now, just as he was then. Cobb is going to need to bust out if he expects to get anywhere near the $10 million annual salary the Packers are currently paying him.
