Much to, we’re sure, the chagrin of the Minnesota Vikings, former Green Bay Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk is now a member of the Cincinnati Bengals.
Hawk got a two-year deal from Cincinnati, according to his agent Mike McCartney.

That’s right, A.J. Hawk is going home! It’s the feel-good story of the offseason!
Hawk is from Kettering, Ohio and played his college ball where every Neanderthal plays their college ball — Ohio State.
After the Packers released Hawk on February 25, following the worst season in a lackluster career, the Bengals almost immediately showed interest. The Vikings, who pick over all of the Packers’ scraps, joined the conversation shortly thereafter.
Apparently, the demand for bad-to-mediocre former Packers inside linebackers is high this offseason. Philadelphia almost immediately scooped up the truly terrible Brad Jones after the Packers cut him.
