After a long off season of some tough goodbyes due to personnel moves, various Aaron Rodgers shenanigans, and a preseason without any veteran starters, we finally get to see some real Packers football. Most the United States will be able to watch the broadcast, see the map down below. To make it even more interesting, the Packers will be traveling to Minneapolis to take on NFC North Rival, Minnesota Vikings. Be sure to stock up on your Vikings memes.
With the current wide receiver situation, who knows what we will see today. Likely a run-focused strategy with some extra load on the tight ends until we learn who our WR1 is.
Speaking of tough goodbyes, we will say hello once again to LB Za’Darius Smith. Unfortunately, he will have some silly purple rag on him.

As is tradition, injuries are beginning to undermine some of the excitement going into the season. Reports indicate that David Bahktiari, Elgton Jenkins, and Allen Lazard will not be playing.

The #Packers are expected to be without LT David Bakhtiari (knee), RT Elgton Jenkins (pectoral/knee) and WR Allen Lazard (ankle) today against the #Vikings, sources tell me and @RapSheet.
Yosh Nijman slated to start in Bakhtiari’s place on Aaron Rodgers’ blind side.
