Tucker Kraft gave Green Bay Packers fans a glimpse into both his personality and his remarkable athleticism while answering some of the most searched questions about himself. Among the biggest revelations was the tight end’s impressive strength, as Kraft shared that he set his college tight end squat record by lifting 573 pounds, underscoring the physical ability that has helped fuel his rapid rise in the NFL.

Kraft’s combination of power and athleticism has become one of his defining traits since arriving in Green Bay. His strength has translated well to the professional level, where he has developed into a dependable blocker while emerging as an increasingly dangerous receiving threat. Those all-around skills have made him a valuable piece of Matt LaFleur’s offense and one of the franchise’s most promising young players as discussions about a future contract extension continue to grow.

Away from football, Kraft offered fans a look at the interests that shape his daily life. He admitted to enjoying mac and cheese, named Tombstone as his favorite movie and revealed that his favorite fast food order includes a Triple ButterBurger with cheese, cheese curds and a Concrete Mixer. He also spoke affectionately about his English Springer Spaniel, Ruth, whose playful habit of rolling around in the backyard often leads to an unexpected bath with the garden hose.

Kraft also discussed how he spends his free time and what motivates him beyond the football field. During the season, Friday nights are typically reserved for watching film, eating and spending time at home as family members begin arriving for game weekends. He also shared that he and his wife, Baylee, are raising their daughter, Charlotte Claire, describing his family as the greatest source of motivation in his life alongside the support of his teammates.

Kraft recently admitted how much he can squat, along with other answers to various questions on the internet. This can be seen in a video shared by the team’s official YouTube account.

“When I was in college, I broke the tight end squat record with 573 pounds,” Kraft said.

His personal journey has played a significant role in shaping the player he has become. Kraft reflected on losing his father at age 12 and later watching his mother battle illness while he was in high school, experiences that motivated him to pursue a football scholarship through hard work and determination. He also expressed pride in his South Dakota roots and credited his hometown community for providing unwavering support throughout his career.

Kraft’s responses revealed far more than his impressive squat record, highlighting the work ethic, humility and family values that have earned him respect inside and outside the Packers organization. As expectations continue to rise entering the 2026 season, Green Bay appears to have a young cornerstone whose strength extends well beyond what he can lift in the weight room.
