The Green Bay Packers announced a new partnership ahead of the 2026 NFL season as the organization continues one of its most meaningful community traditions. By teaming with Network Health for the 20th season of Operation Fan Mail, the Packers are expanding an initiative that recognizes military members, veterans and their families while strengthening the franchise’s longstanding commitment to community service.

Operation Fan Mail has become one of the Packers’ signature outreach programs, celebrating individuals whose service and sacrifice have made a lasting impact on their communities and the nation. Throughout the season, selected honorees will receive recognition during Packers home games at Lambeau Field, giving fans an opportunity to celebrate those who have dedicated themselves to military service.

The new partnership with Network Health provides additional support for a program that has continued to grow since its inception. As part of the annual initiative, the Packers are inviting fans to submit essays nominating active-duty service members, veterans or military families who deserve recognition. The stories submitted will help identify individuals whose commitment and character reflect the values the organization hopes to honor throughout the season.

Community engagement has remained a defining characteristic of the Packers throughout their history. Beyond success on the football field, the franchise has consistently invested in programs that recognize local heroes, strengthen relationships with supporters and contribute to causes that extend well beyond the game itself. Operation Fan Mail represents another example of that tradition by connecting football with meaningful acts of appreciation.

The franchise has partnered with Network Health for veterans and military families. This is detailed more in an update posted by the team’s official website.

Operation Fan Mail, the program that recognizes military families and veterans at each Packers home game, will mark its 20th season in 2026, and the fourth year presented by Network Health.

The program, which debuted in 2007, is designed to honor those who are on active duty or are veterans of the military, and their families. The Packers and Network Health will host a family at each 2026 home game and recognize them on the field during pregame activities. A total of 226 families have been saluted since 2007.

The program’s milestone 20th season underscores its lasting impact on both the organization and the Green Bay community. Over the years, countless military families have been recognized for their service, creating memorable moments during home games while reminding fans of the sacrifices made by members of the armed forces. The continued support from community partners ensures the initiative will remain an important part of the franchise’s identity.

As preparations continue for the 2026 season, the franchise is once again demonstrating that their influence reaches far beyond the field. The partnership with Network Health and the return of Operation Fan Mail reinforce the organization’s commitment to honoring military families while continuing a tradition that has become one of the most respected community programs associated with the franchise.
