The Green Bay Packers and Potawatomi Sportsbook have entered into a new partnership ahead of the 2026 NFL season, creating a significant business alliance that further expands the franchise’s presence beyond the football field. The agreement represents another step in the evolving relationship between professional sports organizations and the growing sports entertainment industry.

For the Packers, the partnership aligns with a broader effort to enhance fan engagement while strengthening commercial opportunities surrounding one of the NFL’s most recognizable brands. As teams across professional sports continue exploring new avenues for connecting with supporters, partnerships involving sports entertainment and gaming have become increasingly common. Green Bay’s latest agreement reflects that trend while providing additional visibility for both organizations.

The announcement arrives as excitement continues to build for the upcoming season. The Packers remain focused on competing for a championship, but off-field initiatives also play an important role in supporting the organization’s long-term growth. Strategic partnerships help generate new opportunities for fan interaction while expanding the reach of the franchise throughout Wisconsin and beyond.

Potawatomi Sportsbook gains a valuable association with one of the most storied teams in professional football. The Packers possess a loyal fan base that spans generations, making the franchise an attractive partner for businesses seeking broader exposure. The collaboration is expected to create promotional opportunities and experiences designed to strengthen engagement with sports fans across the region.

The franchise named Potawatomi to be its official sportsbook partner ahead of the new NFL season. This is detailed more in a report posted by the team’s official website.

The announcement was made in Milwaukee, where Craig Benzel, Packers vice president of sales and business development, and Brooks Boyd Sr., Forest County Potawatomi Chairman, introduced a comprehensive new partnership that will connect the organizations across multiple fan-facing touchpoints.

“We’re excited to welcome Potawatomi Sportsbook as our Official Sportsbook Partner,” said Benzel. “Creating memorable fan experiences is central to both of our organizations and this partnership provides enhanced opportunities for us to engage with fans from all over Wisconsin. We’re looking forward to seeing Potawatomi Sportsbook prominently featured at Lambeau Field on gameday and every day.”

While the partnership centers on business development, it also highlights the continued evolution of the NFL’s commercial landscape. Relationships between teams and gaming-related entities have become more prevalent as regulations and consumer interests have changed in recent years. Organizations are increasingly seeking partnerships that provide mutual benefits while enhancing the overall fan experience.

As the Packers prepare for another season with high expectations on the field, the new agreement adds another dimension to the organization’s ongoing growth strategy. The partnership with Potawatomi Sportsbook reflects a shared commitment to expanding opportunities for engagement and visibility, positioning both organizations to benefit from a relationship that extends beyond game day and into the future.
