The Green Bay Packers are opening their doors to the community with a new opportunity for fans to become part of the organization. The team announced an upcoming job fair scheduled for April 21, aimed at filling a variety of roles tied to game days and special events.

The event is designed to connect job seekers with positions that support the Packers’ operations at Lambeau Field. These roles are essential to delivering the experience fans expect during games and other large-scale gatherings.

Applicants attending the job fair will have the chance to explore a range of positions across event staffing and stadium services. The initiative reflects the organization’s ongoing effort to build a reliable and enthusiastic workforce for its busiest periods.

The timing of the event aligns with preparations for upcoming activities, including major events that require additional staffing. Ensuring adequate personnel is a key part of maintaining smooth operations and a positive environment for attendees.

The franchise has announced a job fair for individuals interested in joining the organization. This is detailed more in an update posted on the team’s official website.

As the Green Bay Packers prepare for the upcoming football season and other Lambeau Field events, the organization is seeking new part-time and seasonal employees to join the legendary Lambeau Field experience, with two walk-in job fairs in the month of April.

The job fairs will be held:

  • Tuesday, April 7, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Johnsonville Tailgate Village
  • Tuesday, April 21, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Johnsonville Tailgate Village

A variety of positions are available for job-seekers who want to be part of upcoming Lambeau Field events, including the Luke Combs concerts in May, as well as the 2026 football season.

Beyond employment opportunities, the job fair also provides a direct connection between the franchise and the local community. It allows individuals to engage with the organization in a meaningful way while contributing to its day-to-day operations.

As April 21 approaches, the Packers continue to expand their reach beyond the field. The job fair represents another step in strengthening community ties while supporting the team’s operational needs throughout the year.
