One of the most talked about needs for the team would be adding a legitimate No. 1 wide receiver for Jordan Love. The young quarterback needs a go-to weapon. Could the lead to the Packers reuniting with superstar wide receiver Davante Adams in free agency?
Adams has now been released by the New York Jets. He’s a free agent and is very much available for Green Bay to pursue.

While the idea sounds fun and would be exactly what the Packers need, the question really is about how realistic it actually is for both parties. Well, for Green Bay fans who want Adams back in town, there is some good news.
DraftKings has given their odds on where Adams will end up. When it came to the Packers, they were No. 1 in the odds at +190. That equals out to a probability percentage of 34.48%.
Granted, those are good odds, but it’s far from a sure thing. There is no telling if Adams is even interested in returning to the Green Bay Packers or if the team wants to bring him back. The fit would make a ton of sense for both parties though.
During the 2024 NFL season split between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Jets, Adams ended up playing in 14 total games. He caught 85 passes for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns.
Clearly, those numbers would look good within the Packers’ offense. Depending on the price tag, it would be shocking if Green Bay didn’t have interest in bringing him home.
