After just two years with the New York Jets following his trade from the Packers, Rodgers is parting ways with the Jets. He will be a free agent this offseason with an opportunity to pick his next destination from whoever gives him an offer.

Green Bay Packers Legend Aaron Rodgers Receives Major New 2025 Prediction
A new prediction has been made for Rodgers that would move him back into the NFC with a chance to play against the Green Bay Packers.
Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic has predicted that Rodgers will end up landing with the New York Giants this offseason.
In addition to Rodgers, Rosenblatt also has suggested that the Giants could double down in the NFL Draft by taking Jaxson Dart. That would give them a bridge option to compete now and a long-term outlook under center after Rodgers retires.
What makes this situation even more interesting for Packers fans is the fact that New York will play host to Green Bay during the 2025 season. If he were to land with the Giants, he would face off against the Packers for the first time.
Rodgers is coming off of a 2024 season that saw him play in all 17 games, completing 63% of his pass attempts for 3,897 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. Even at 41 years old, he’s still capable of leading a team to wins.
Expect to hear a lot about Rodgers as the offseason heats up. The Packers’ fan base will continue watching this situation with intrigue. At this point in time, New York appears to be a potential front-runner to land him.
