The Green Bay Packers are one of the most successful teams in NFL history, but for the first time in many years, the NFL Elite Eight went to the divisional playoffs without them.
The Packers never looked like ever raising their head from the offseason trade of Davante Adams, the perfect example being the fumbled pass before halftime by Aaron Jones and the dropped pass on the first offensive snap of the season by Christian Watson.
The hype was never really lived up to from Joe Barry’s defense, while Matt LaFleur never found many answers regarding the offense. While the Packers didn’t have the best season, here are some of the most recent achievements for the team and some of its players.

Most valuable defensive player
The Green Bay Packers Odds have been stacked against them through recent games, but defensive players such as Jaire Alexander remain dominant, leading the Packers with five interceptions and 14 passes defended.
When the Packers needed him the most, Alexander could deliver, overcoming a terrible game in Chicago with a game-clinching interception that created 66 receiving yards in the final four games.
Alexander didn’t do this alone, but his triumph against Vikings star Justin Jefferson in Week 17 showed how strong a player he has been for the Packers. It feels strange that Alexander was never put into a featured position by Joe Barry, the defensive coordinator, but this is an adjustment we’re looking to see in 2023.
Most valuable offensive player
Although he set a career-high in fumbles throughout the season, including the momentum-changing play towards the end of the first half of the season against the Lions, the Packers would have had little to no hope without the contributions of Aaron Jones.
Although Jones set a career-high regarding his fumbles, he also made a career-high in the rushing yards and receptions he made. Out of all the 42 running backs with a minimum of 100 rushing attempts, Jones was able to rank second on average and ninth in other ratings, and although Jones received some injuries throughout the season, he still managed to play all 17 games. Each time Jones topped 65 rushing yards, the Packers went 5 to 1, and when he held 4 yards per carry or fewer, the Packers went 2-6.
The latest Green Bay Packers win
The latest win the Green Bay Packers have gained as a team was in 2020, when they won the NFC North Division. This win was considered as this was the retaining year from the victory they achieved the previous year. In this 2020 season, the Packers were also given a first-round bye, with the top seed in the NFC.

Best re-signing
The best re-signing for the Packers goes to the defensive-minded Jarran Reed, although Keisean Nixon is a close second. Only given a single-year contract, Reed’s season was an underrated one. He only made 2.5 sacks but came in second place in a team filled with 14 quarterback hits. One of the biggest plays of the season for Reed and the Packers was his strip and recovery against Miami. Throughout the season, Reed was easily the team’s most consistent player in this position.
The Super Bowl
The Green Bay Packers are one of the original American football teams, playing as a team for over 100 years, established in 1919. Before the era of the Super Bowl, the Packers won the NFL Championship on 11 different occasions between 1929 and 1967. In seven years, coach Vince Lombardi was head of the Packers and took home five victories.
In 1970, the great Vince Lombardi sadly passed away, which, in his honor, resulted in the Super Bowl trophy being renamed, with him being considered one of the greatest ever coaches to have contributed to the sport of American Football. During the era of the Super Bowl, Green Bay’s success continued, lifting the trophy for the first time in 1966 and retaining the trophy the year after in 1967. It took almost 30 years for the Packers to lift the trophy again.
Glory was returned to the Green Bay Packers in 1966 when legendary quarterback Brett Favre helped the team lift the Super Bowl trophy once again before the turn of Aaron Rodgers to enter the spotlight at Super Bowl XLV. Four franchises can boast about lifting more trophies, but no other teams have competed in three or more Super Bowls with a better winning percentage than the Green Bay Packers.
Although they have not seen the best run of form in recent years, the Green Bay Packers have the history and experience to reach the top again. There aren’t many teams that can exploit the wealth of victory that the Packers have enjoyed throughout the years, and while the season hasn’t been the best by the standards of Green Bay, we are sure to see them lifting trophies once again.
“The best re-signing for the Packers goes to the defensive-minded Jarran Reed…”
Interesting.
“The latest win the Green Bay Packers have gained as a team was in 2020, when they won the NFC North Division. This win was considered as this was the retaining year from the victory they achieved the previous year.”

Wow…

With everything going on with the Packers right now and this is what we get. An incoherent generalization that sounds like it was cooked up by an early version of AI.
I never thought I would miss Mordecai but at least his articles made sense.
There were several para’s in this ‘article’ that I had to reread several times. Fucking over it. It’s been real and it’s been fun but it ain’t been real fun. Tired of seeing people argue with a developmentally disabled Tom with his kindergarten level reading comprehension and information retention skills as well. Goodbye TP and best of luck to y’all in the future. Go Pack Go!
Don’t let the screen door hit ya, where the good lord split ya! You’ll be back telling everyone how you knew all along Jordan Love would be good and you were ready to move on from Rodgers. Just like Kevin and everyone else. “ But this can’t work, the WR’s are just too young!” Says no one but Kevin.
Yea!….screen doors can be really painful.
Be careful!
SKOL!!
Hope your future finds you well 87.
Check in again in 2025, Tommi will be gone
I have Sept. 1st, 2025 as his scheduled end date.
Murphy’s also leaving.
Gute will be enjoying the rest of his contract extension at home.
It will be a clean slate and a new day, as the rest of the disease has (finally) left the building at Packers Headquarters..
Cya then 🙂
GO PACK GO!!!
I’m with Cheese on this.
At least Mordecai added some color to the site.
Plus he kept posting hot picks of Olivia Munn.
I remember how he hated her dog, that boy was a angry fuck as i remember back.
But a different kind of angry than Tommi….less pathetic.
And, uh, 1966 for Favre lifting the Lombardi? Perhaps a wee bit of proofreading might help.
1966, yea, i didn’t make it down that far 😮
It was interesting that Gutekunst was all in on trading for Jonathan Taylor. With money not being the deciding factor, rather compensation. I wouldn’t give Indy more than a 4th round pick and I’m sure they wanted much more. Gutekunst has never been cavalier with his draft picks. Ted called them his “gold bars” and treated them as such. Gutekunst has never been afraid to spend money but he won’t give away picks just to make a move.
Everybody’s whipping boy, and currently the team’s new Kevin King, Royce Newman, made the roster. Which isn’t surprising considering he’d have been signed by the Jets and would have immediately upgraded that putrid OL. Do we really need Newman? No. But Gutekunst isn’t going to hand him over to the Jets anymore than he’s going to trade Bakhtiari even though his probable replacement is already on the roster in Rasheed Walker, Yosh Nijman, or Caleb Jones. It’s not Gutekunst job anymore to make Rodgers happy. Those babysitting duties have been passed on to Joe Douglas.
^Pathetic P O S^
Yes, i agree, maybe a 4th….lol
No way JT is worth a 2nd or 3rd round pick. No fucking way, amirite?
I mean what has he done in this league, has he even proven himself yet?
3,841 yards in three seasons?
33 TD’s?
5.1 YPC average?
That’s it?
And he’s already 24?
Pffttt
I don’t think so people, too much downside!!

“I wouldn’t give Indy more than a 4th round pick….” – Smartest NFL talent evaluator on internet forums.
That is just brilliant, who could ever believe your not a GM for some team.
I should really take notes.
SKOL!!
Have you not seen the running back market? It’s been tough the last few years. The position is devalued. Jonathan Taylor is a very good player, but RB is not where you put your money. Guys like Rhamondre Stevenson and Tyler Allgeier ran for over 1000 yards last year. Dalvin Cook got traded, Barkley, Taylor, and Austin Ekeler didn’t get the deals they wanted this off-season. Ekeler has scored 38 TDs the last two seasons and had 107 receptions last year. It would not make sense for the Packers to pay that money and part with the draft capital when they are trying to get right with the salary cap.
I know Gute wouldn’t have given the Colts a 3rd round pick for Taylor, those are coveted around here.
That would be like handing over an Oren Burks for JT. Thanks, but no thanks
Or how about, Sternberger or Dequara for JT? I don’t think so!!
What about Amari Rodgers for JT? Too risky, amirite?
What if we went bat shit crazy and gave up a Sean Ryhan for JT?
I think were good sticking with those guys, Gute has a plan.
When you drafte 5 Pro Bowl/All Pro lineman in the 4th and 5th rounds.
You can call your draft picks ‘gold bars’
Plus Aaron Jones was also a gold bar in the 5th round.
We are waiting patiently for Gutes gold bars.
Lets cut him some slack though, sometimes his training wheels get caught in the cracks of the sidewalks.
It’s been reported in Miami that the Colts wanted WR Jaylen Waddle in exchange for Jonathan Taylor. The Dolphins said no.
Continuing that theme of looking for WR help for QB Anthony Richardson. When dealing with the Packers, the conversation could have gone something like this. Colt GM Chris Ballard my have asked for Christian Watson but may have have been willing to settle for Romeo Doubs. To which Brian Gutekunst likewise would have said no. Gutekunst then could have offered Ballard a 4th round pick so he could find his own Romeo Doubs. To which Ballard replied make it a second round pick and you’ve got a deal. With Gutekunst replying thanks, but no thanks.
What I find so interesting is the different approach both teams have to supporting their young QB’s. Jonathan Taylor is the Colts best offensive player. He gives Anthony Richardson the best chance to succeed early in his career. Yet the Colts want to get into a pissing contest over money. It makes far more sense to pay Taylor now before you have to pay Richardson later assuming he develops into a franchise QB. Taylor bridges the gap so you’re not totally awful while Richardson figures out the pro game.
Contrast that to Jordan Love’s situation. He’s had time to learn and grow. He’s prepared. He’s surrounded by talent. He’s set up to succeed. While Anthony Richardson has the deck stacked against him. It’s not surprising then why so many of these young QB’s fail.
” When dealing with the Packers, in accordance with one of my many fairy tales, the conversation “could have” gone something like this….” – Goober
Goober “could have” an intelligent post….someday.
Sometimes you have to come back to reality.
Reality tells us that Jim Irsay is one of the bottom feeder owners destined to lose.
Not unlike Jimmy Haslett who thought it was a great idea to sign Watson for 230 million (guaranteed). After pissing away 1st round draft choices on various QB’s.
What have i consistently said….Winning starts at the top.
When i have more time, i’ll delve into the inane use of the word ‘talent’, and how it applies to simpletons.
The Packers are not going to win many games this next season. Love will only be a decent quarterback and not much more and that’s if the Packers are lucky. I’ve been watching a lot of old Packer games to remind me what QB play on the Packers was like prior Favre and Rodgers. I actually think both Dickey and Majkowski had better accuracy than Love and Majkowski could make plays out of nothing which we’ve not yet seen from Love. Love is going to throw a LOT of picks. Quarterbacks don’t need canon arms like Favre, but the MOST IMPORTANT feature of QB is accuracy and Love is only catchably accurate if the throw is under 15 yards and even then he’s not that accurate. Teams will quickly realize this, if they haven’t already, and game plan him accordingly, not caring about routes that are difficult to throw. Christian Watson might be a threat to score on any play, but it won’t matter because Love won’t be able to get him the ball downfield without risking an INT. The only thing that Love has that past QBs didn’t have is a better offensive line, but if Love shows he’s not a leader, that will quickly change, and the offensive line will look like it did in the 80s where too often a 3rd and long lead to a holding call killing the drive.

The Pack will be Back, but it won’t be for another decade or so.
The Packer have picked 13 1st round defensive players since 2012.
That’s right…13
The 49ers have the #1 overall defense. They have the #1 scoring defense.
And they did this with only 2 1st round defensive draft choices starting on defense?
How can that be…..Gute?
Sprinkle in 2 undrafted players, then 2nd,3rd, and 5 round draft choices….POOF…#1 defense.
But conversely, the Packers have 8 starting 1st round picks on defense and we’re 17th overall?
Does that make ANY sense…to anyone?
Apparently some people in Green Bay think that if they draft enough defensive players in the 1st round, the results will then be……what??
Are the Packers going to keep picking defensive players with the #1 pick another 8 years…to make it a solid 2 decades of round 1 defensive draft picks?
How long before they ditch this failed strategy?
Do results matter anymore?
Meanwhile, on offense, we have one #1 draft pick starting. That’s Gutes shiny old toy that’s been ripening on the bench.
Now it’s his time.
It’s a pity Jordan Love doesn’t have 8 #1 draft picks to work with like Joe Barry does.
But our resident viking fan tells us…”Jordan Love is set up for success”
Yea, he really did say that.
Someone please educate me and tell me wtf i’m not understanding.
What am i missing?
Imagine…IF YOU WILL…..
If, out of those 8 #1 defensive draft picks, the Packers spent (half of them) 4 of them on 1st round picks….for the offense.
Would Love have better tools to work with right now?
How would 4 1st round draft picks on offense worked out under Rodgers the past 5 years?
With 4 1st round picks on offense under Rodgers, could a Super Bowl win have been more possible?
Will the Packers continue drafting defense in the 1st round?
Because i have to tell you, for having 8 1st round picks starting on defense….when do results start to matter?
Any fans thought about that?
How about Packer upper management…has it crossed their minds?
Keep ignoring the offense…..next thing you know if your not careful, is you might have an empty wr and tight end room.
Oops, huh…whut?
TVOR
The Voice Of Reason
That’s cool, how many super bowls did they win scooter? How many first round picks did they trade for the right to draft Trey Lance, only for him to start like 1 game? Didn’t they allow Buckner to walk in FA because they were going to replace him with Javon Kinlaw at pick 14 in 2020, and has 1.5 sacks in three years? Looks like they better win the SB this year before they have to actually pay a QB, and the fact that they are projected to be $40M over the cap next year. If only they had “insert some inane move” here and not wasted “such and such player.”
….
Please, give us more lessons about how the 49ers have accomplished more and how “Gutey bad!” I am looking forward to these insights and hindsight whatifs. I am sick of you constantly being a smartass and thinking you are some special clairvoyant. Go work for the fucking Packers if you are so brilliant, and until then stfu and eat cheetos
Here’s what you’re missing Kato…simple true facts.
The 49ers at least got to the Super Bowl, right?
The 49ers built a roster, worthy of boasting the NFL’s #1 defense,right?
Yes, they missed on Trey Lance, nobody ever missed on a first round pick before?
There is a reason that wasn’t Lynch then fired.

Sorry when i state truthful facts, that seems to make you sad and angry…but it’s what i do.
Put on your big boy pants and deal with it.
Or…tell us again how disgusted you are with me, and tell us you’re leaving, for the 20th time.
First round position matters greatly, especially with defensive lineman where there’s always a premium. You can’t get a difference maker like Nick Bosa without a top pick in the draft. A Pro Bowl like Deforest Buckner was a top 10 pick. The 25th or 30th positions you’re getting a guy that simply doesn’t check all the boxes.
What point are you trying to make here? Kinlaw was the 14th pick, thats pretty early. The 49ers traded three 1sts to pick Trey Lance. Scooter loves to bring up how the Packers shouldn’t have drafted Love and picked a guy that would have put them over the top, then brings up the 49ers and their 0 super bowls having a top defense, when his logic can still be applied to that team about wasting picks. I am over him and his antics on this site.
Here’s what you’re missing Kato…simple true facts.

Yes, draft all those defensive players, and draft Rodgers replacement.
Then….expect Rodgers to scrap his off season plans to work with the rookie receivers Gute had to scramble to draft, because Gute neglected the offense and missed on draft picks and signed pathetic veteran band aids..
So Rodgers needs to come in on his off time and fix Gute’s fuck ups?
If i was Rodgers, i would have whipped off Gute and told him to trade me also.
For a long, long, long time…the Packers knew that having Rodgers, fixed a lot of their problems, and it did for a long time.
But one thing you don’t do with a HOF QB, is deplete his pass catching room while….drafting his replacement.
Unless….they did it on purpose for spite.
Wow! You sound like a woman scorned Kevin. It isn’t Gutekunst’s job to make little Erin happy. That’s the job of his beard, or whoever he’s seeing on the down low. Gutekunst’s job is to do what’s best for the Packers. We needed a new QB. We’ve got one. Thanks Gute!

Oh, this is my usual user name. I don’t post. I read because the comments that aren’t yours are usually insightful. You keep notes based on comments in an obscure Packers forum? Good God man. Go touch some grass.
I think Jordan Love will surprise you Deepsky. The most important aspect a QB needs to succeed in the NFL is being able to read the defense, go thru his progressions and deliver the ball where it needs to be. I’ve seen no indication thru camp and preseason games that Jordan Love has difficult processing the game. He knows the offense, knows where he wants to go with the ball, and unlike his predecessor, is willing to be an extension of his HC on the field. That means using the middle of the field and run the plays that are called.
As for the accuracy part, unlike Lynn Dickey and Don Majkowski, Jordan Love sat for three years playing little in the way of meaningful football during that time. The accuracy will come with playing. “A decent QB” seems to be his floor. And even if that’s all he is you’ll be able to win a lot of games with him at QB because of all the young talent around him.
The real question now is what’s Jordan Love’s ceiling? And that’s anybody’s guess. The answers will start to come on Sunday.
Yes, we’ll know what Love’s ceiling is come Sunday.
Brilliant!!
“I’ve seen no indication thru camp and preseason games that Jordan Love has difficult processing the game.” – Ragnar
**************
Tommi…I’ve seen no indication through your post that you have difficult processing sentence structure.
I hope Love is good. I agree he can go through his progressions and seems to be able to find the best receiver and that’s big. Lots of QBs can’t do that, Favre couldn’t for his first couple years. He also can escape the rush. But you have to able to put the ball on the guy in motion and about half or more of his throws are off. Another big thing is making plays when everything has fallen apart and we’ve yet to see anything like that. Games are won and lost by QBs making something out of broken plays.
I think you’re on to something here Kevin. Let’s rename the Packers and just call them “Gute’s fuck ups!” Why, it gives “carrying the G” a whole new meaning! Can’t wait for Sunday to see what “Gute’s fuck ups” do.
I can’t wait for Sunday either Ragnar, two questions can be answered.
Can our offense score on the Bears 29th ranked defense?
Playing one of the worst defenses in the league might be a challenge.
Especially considering they only gave up a NFL leading 27 PPG
**************
Can our defense, with our 8 1st round picks, hold back the prolific Bears 28th ranked offense?
If the Packers win i can see Tommi jumping up, wiping the cheeto’s off his chin and white wife beater, and puffing out his chest in here….lol
Because…It’s not everyday the leagues worst (3-14) NFL team loses a game…lol
Ain’t that right Ragnar?

As we’ve all learned from Tommi…
The Bears are “on the rise”.
Fields is a franchise QB.
As is Jordan Love.
Gute has a plan.
Should be a hell of a game.
If the Packers beat this Bears team, it proves two things.
1) The Packers are a Championship caliber team.
2) Gutes plan is working to perfection!!
I have the Packers beating the Bears in a nail biter, 49-2
You heard it here first ladies and gentlemen. “Gute’s fuck ups” will win on Sunday, so says Kevin. Then immediately he’ll return to crying like a little bitch because Gutekunst was mean to Aaron Rodgers and never drafted a WR in the first round.
Yes, hard ass Aaron Rodgers owned the pussy ass Bears! That means something to Kevin! Then Rodgers was barely .500 against the very average Kirk Cousins. Not to mention Rodgers played like Brett Hundley in the playoffs. It’s the NFL’s fault Rodgers couldn’t play the Bears every week during the season, then in the playoffs, and finally in the SB. How dare they schedule games against QB’s better than Rodgers! Don’t they know he’s the greatest of all time?
Always sooo angry. 🤨
Damn…lol
Tommi mentions Rodgers 6 times.
Didn’t we hear recently from our special viking fan…that he was “moving on”?
So entertaining 😉

“I’ll leave those answers to coach,” Doubs said on Aug. 30. “My job is just to keep taking everything day by day.” He added: “I’m just taking everything day by day. I feel good. Everything’s good.”

OUCH!
It sounds like Randy Moss and Greg Jennings (Watson and Doubs) are both going to miss Sunday’s game due to hamstring injuries. Starting the year off just like last season. The only “veteran” WR Love has to throw to has a total of 5 career receptions. Should be interesting.
Well, luckily enough for Love, the Bears defense isn’t very good. Looks like an Aaron Jones game to me.
Rookies drop passes. Rookies run the wrong routes. Rookies fumble the ball. What I think will happen is LaFluer will try establish the run game, but that’s what Bears will expect, so it will be a lot of punts. Then at the end, with the Packers playing from well behind, we’ll see Love try to win the game and it will result in turnovers. Love is not Aaron Rodgers. Love will have more INTs than TDs.
Don’t you fret Cheese. They’ll play. It’s a long season and they’ve played a lot of football this summer. There’s no need to risk a Travis Kelce type injury in practice. The install for opening season was put in weeks ago. They’ll be ready.
I don’t think so Tom. These injuries usually take weeks to heal. It might be gamesmanship, but the Packers aren’t the Patriots.
Well Deepsky, Romeo Doubs returned to practice yesterday. Still think he won’t play Sunday? I wouldn’t bet the farm on it. No, the Packers aren’t the Patriots but they are overly cautious with injuries.
If Doubs practices today, minus any setbacks, he might be on the field Sunday.
Hopefully he has his drop issues fixed.
Although i’m told that drops or catch rates don’t really matter with receivers….i’m told that by someone smarter than i am.
Not that it matters i guess, because i’m also told by an NFL expert, that receivers can be found…anywhere.
Ain’t that right Princess? 🙄
Follow up, Princess.
I think this forum is curious…..
How does it feel to be so despised, and treated like the little bitch you are in here on almost a daily basis?
Any thought’s Goober?
Yes, don’t you fret Cheese!!
Why, because of what i learned from this forum.
I’m looking through my impeccable notes, and i came across some great news.
WE DON’T NEED RECEIVERS.
Not with our top 5 defense!!
The 49ers are no doubt nervous.
The Packers defense are “breathing down their neck” ready to snatch the #1 defense trophy away from San Fran.
Offensive coordinators around the league aren’t sleeping very well.
8 first round draft picks starting on defense…are you kidding me?
When the 49ers have only two?
Not to worry, Joe Barry has got this.
A shut down corner. (nice pick Gute!!)
Safeties with sky’s the limit potential
A Mike Linebacker who has the IQ of a genius. He knows what play, the opposing offense is going to run, before they do!!
Clark will play like it’s 2019.
Wyatt is going to bring it. If he gets confused at all he has Quay Walker to help him understand what’s going on.
Preston is…um..Preston Smith, the luckiest man in the NFL. (Make a play every 3rd or 4th game…and keep getting paid. Only in America!!
Gary will be looking to play his first full productive season in his 5th season. He will no doubt be more focused now that his sports agency went under.
Last season Gary was on pace for his first double digit sack season. (10)
It’s not many edge rushers that can give you 10 sacks. You go Rashan!!
Whoooaa…lets not forget 1st round draft pick (13) Lukas Van Ness.
He might be just another 1st round pick sitting on the bench like our top pick edge rushers usually do, but Gary will be on a pitch count so we’ll see what Van Ness has, besides being so damn ‘pretty’.
I can’t wait for 13th pick Van Ness to start in 3 or 4 years
*********************
On offense, we might have two of our ‘veteran’ receivers out.
But not to worry….
We have yet another veteran, 7th round draft choice Samori Toure.
Not to mention future stars Musgrave, Heath, Reed, Kraft, Wicks (maybe).
But then again, who gives a f….
We’ve all learned we don’t need receivers.
I think congratulations are in order….
The 3-14 Chicago Bears franchise RB Justin Fields got himself a shoe deal.
Yes, Reebok tied this stud up.
Fields ran the ball 160 times, (yes, that’s right) for 1,143 yards and 8 TD’s.
If he can clean up his 9 fumbles i wouldn’t be surprised if he was awarded All-Pro status being a franchise running back.
Btw…
Not only did this stud run the ball well, he also led the Bears in passing with 2,200 yards and a mind blowing 17 TD’s against only 11 picks.
Improving his career passing rating to 79.7
Reebok got their man. Don’t let a NFL worst 3-14 record led by RB Justin Fields fool ya…. “the Chicago Bears are on the rise”
Ain’t that right Princess?
Interesting game last night. Can you believe the god like Patrick Mahomes can’t win a game when his receivers are dropping passes like crazy. Who would have thought that was possible. Maybe having competent receivers does matter.
Careful Arch, “god like” Aaron Rodgers plays Monday night. Care to offer up any angelic predictions? Didn’t think so.
Without his best offensive player, Travis Kelce and his best defensive player Chris Jones and multiple drops by his WR’s. Patrick Mahomes single handedly gave Detroit all they could handle. Based on Aaron Rodgers pathetic performance not once but twice against the Lions last year, I’ll still take Mahomes over Erin. He’s been to three of the last four SB’s.
“He’s been to three of the last four SB’s.” Tommi
Just curious…is that a stat?
Princess, i see you spell God, with a small ‘g’.
That gives me a bit of understanding.
One good thing about that Gomer, is you won’t have to worry about heat bills one day.

Tell us more, about how you’re “moving on” from Aaron Rodgers Tommi.
Now you’re making excuses for Mahomes. You said that doesn’t fly for Rodgers so why is it ok for Mahomes?
I’m guessing that years ago Tommi didn’t have his fan boy mail returned to him by Rodgers. Maybe he requested an autograph, a free signed pic and jersey.
Or maybe he expressed a love interest, and got spurned.
Any, or all of that could explain the hate and obsession.
Just sayin.

Like the other 10 players weren’t even on the field…they did nothing!!
Good thing i’m taking notes

“Care to offer up any angelic predictions”
What is the difference between an “angelic prediction”, and a ‘prediction’?
Princess?
Yea Arch…
I didn’t know receivers who drop a lot of passes, mattered.
I remember someone smarter than i am, telling me it doesn’t.
Losing your #1 receiver, i always thought could be a hinderance to an offense.
But i was told good teams don’t need receivers, by someone much smarter than i am.
Lets not blame this loss on Kelce not playing, i’m told by someone smarter than i am, good receivers can be found ….anywhere.
Sometimes i get confused easily 🥱
So now that Goff beat Mahomes, does that now mean that Goff is better than Mahomes?
I’ve been taught by someone much smarter than i am, that’s how it works.
Stats and awards and SB’s….be damned.
Since i’m on such a fucking roll…….
Tommi…riddle us this….
Kadarius Toney….(Pick 6 fame)…Had 1 catch for 1 yard, on 5 targets.
Could you explain to all of us again, why drops and catch rates….DON’T MATTER!?!?
Everyone, get your pen’s ready…it’s lurnin time!!
No kidding, hey Arch. Mahomes couldn’t beat the Lions without the best TE in the NFL. I thought the great ones (Tom’s crushes) always find a way, and if they don’t he makes endless excuses for them.
The Packers lose to the Lions and for some reason we are told that it is one thousand percent Aaron Rodgers fault. The Chiefs lose to the Lions and it’s because Mahomes was “without his best offensive player, his best defensive player, and had multiple drops by his WR’s.” Mahomes “rallied his troops” and gave Detroit everything they could handle. Romanticize it all you want, Danica. A loss is a loss.
Patrick Mahomes this season:
-Worst record in the league
-Most INT’s in the NFL
-More incompletions than any other QB
-Averaging a pick-six per game
Wow Tom, you sure this guy is any good? Maybe the Chiefs should start thinking about trading up in the first round to draft his replacement.
Caleb Williams?
What’s Brett Hundley doing these days?
Stay tuned after the Bear game, when Tommi gets done pouting, and puffs out his chest because the Packers beat the 3-14 Bears and their 27th ranked defense and 28th ranked offense.
Oh yea….lol
In Tommi’s mind, Jordan Love will be 2 or 3 games away from Canton 😎
From down the hall……
(Someone has to provide entertainment in here)

This ‘rivalry’ talk was a topic on ‘The Game’ the other day.
Lets be honest…this rivalry has been mostly non existent since the 80’s.
But now, since Rodgers is gone, apparently it’s a thing again.
The reality is, most, if not all of the Packers players, weren’t even born while there was a rivalry.
I mean, even LaFleur was only 7 years old when the Charles Martin thing happened.
I don’t know about a ‘rivalry’. I think it’s more accurate to say they’ve had rivalry, history.

I remember, back in 2010 lore, the only thing you heard from Bear fans were that the Bears led the series wins against the Packers. We used to hear that ad nauseum.
Until they lost that too. Since then, crickets.
I don’t expect that to change soon, i have faith the Packers will beat the 3-14 Bears team, and their 27th, and 28th rankings in defense, and offense tomorrow afternoon.
Regardless that the Bears have a franchise RB in Justin Fields.
TVOR
Good luck to the 2023 Packers.
No matter what critical thinking tells us, at the end of the day, we are still Packer fans who root for our team regardless.
Tommi…good luck to your team also…the Patriots, vikings, or whatever team your a fan of this year.
Tommi will be done pouting and back soon under his usual username, once he feels better, or Jordan Loves beats the Bears…whichever comes first.
