The Packers head into week 15 against the Rams coming off a 28-19 win on the road against the Bears. At 5-8, the Packers are 3rd in the NFC North and 10th in the NFC. They need to win out to realistically have any shot at the postseason which sportsbooks such as FanDuel Casino in Pennsylvania have indicated this occurring under some very slim odds.
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers’ offense will get some help at wide receiver as Romeo Doubs is scheduled to return to action. He has been out since suffering an ankle injury in week nine against the Lions.

Doubs, a rookie 4th round pick out of Nevada, was showing signs of becoming a consistent secondary option prior to his injury. He opened the season with 4 receptions for 37 yards against Vikings and 2 receptions for 27 yards in week two. His best game was in week three, hauling in all eight targets for 73 yards and his first NFL touchdown. Doubs has 31 receptions on 50 targets for the season for 314 yards.
The Packers head into play this week with the 15th ranked passing offense in the NFL. That will get a boost with Doubs joining Allen Lazard and Christian Watson. There should be ample weapons to go against the Rams’ passing defense that is 21st in yards allowed at nearly 229 yards per game.
#Packers finally at full strength at wide receiver. Getting ready for MNF vs. #Rams. In 9 games #87 Romeo Doubs has 31 catches for 314 yards and 3 TD's. #9 Christian Watson with 25 catches, 401 yards, 7 TD's. pic.twitter.com/ntF2ukxCB1

I might break a record today….down the hall for the most thumbs down in one post 😁
.
I keep reading all these nauseating whining fans post, noting the faults of the Packer offense, and how they think it’s wrong and/or how they think it should be fixed.
.
Obviously clueless on so many factors that are involved in play calling or scheme. When, in realty, you are trying to get 3 rookies up to speed. Oblivious, that they are still basically in training camp, learning.
Having no clue, the playbook is probably not 100% open for them yet.
Making friends 😉

Pantz Burp, Opie, Nick, and the rest of you offensive NFL guru’s.
Do you people ever get tired of whining and crying about Rodgers?
Do you buy your tissues in bulk?
.
HERE’S AN IDEA….You guys should contact the front office, call a meeting with LaFleur and Rodgers . Go up and discuss with them all their faults because they clearly don’t have any idea what they’re doing.
But maybe, with your insight and expertise at what they do, you can help them re-learn the game as you see it in your eyes, sitting on your couch.
Or watching the 22’s and spotting a receiver that Rodgers missed and blasting him for it.
We need you guys to teach MLF and Rodgers, all the formations, motions, play calling that YOU want. Because you clearly know the game of football better than these two (no nothing) yahoo’s.
You guys know exactly what’s wrong and thus, can teach them how to fix it.
Do it for us, the fans.
PLEASE… spend some time with the coaches and Rodgers and show them the error of their ways.
For the good of Packer Nation!
.
I’ll chip in for gas money
Go get em boys!!
I’m in shock…7 up 4 down so far.
Romeo Doubs’ Return for the Rams is Much Needed
.
So we do need receivers?
.
I get confused easily 😕
There’s no doubt Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson are the future of the franchise at WR for the Packers. Just as Jordan Love is the future at QB. I watched the Bears and Eagles game yesterday. The gap between Justin Fields and probable MVP Jalen Hurts isn’t as great as you might think. They’re both dynamic, making plays with their feet and arm. Hurts has more career starts and has a far superior supporting cast. If Justin Fields is throwing to Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs instead of Claypool and St Brown, Fields just might win that game against the Eagles. After three years now, the real question isn’t did Gutekunst miss on taking Jordan Love over a WR. But rather did his miss by taking the wrong QB? When you consider the pool of WR’s available with the 26th pick in the 2020 draft: Chase Claypool, Tee Higgins, DJ Hamler, Denzel Mims, there’s nothing special about any of them. Jalen Hurts is special. Brian Gutekunst said Jordan Love fell to him but so did Jalen Hurts. The difference of course is Hurts has been able to play and to grow into the player he is now. Jordan Love is busting at the seams ready to do the same. And he’ll have the supporting cast to make it happen with Watson and Doubs. Do the Packers let 39 year old Aaron Rodgers stand in his way? Or do they trade Jordan Love to Indianapolis and let him be their franchise QB for the next decade? Is the decision really that difficult?
Sammy’s Hammies getting released today. Being spun as an opportunity for him to catch on with a playoff contender elsewhere.
–
Ya, okay.
I didn’t hear that narrative about looking for an opportunity with a playoff contender. Who knows, maybe Kansas City will pick him up. He probably remembers their playbook better than he did GB’s.
Sammy Watkins was the equivalent of a 3rd round pick.
.
Yea Mitch, The Cowboys should pick up Watson, the missing piece.
.
I called Watkins a cheap Gute band aid for a depleted receiver room.
Signing Watson was to make everyone think…he was on top of it.
Give that man an extension!

“Jordan Love is busting at the seams…”
.
He’s like a caged Tiger ready to punce and kill.
Rodgers better not tease the Tiger or he could end up as road kill.
Love is breathing down Rodgers neck!!! 😏
.
So entertaining 😉

Why do we have to keep putting in our name and e-mail, i thought that was fixed.
It’s a pain in the ass.
No offence killer.
Sammy Watkins was exactly as advertised. He was never more than a stop gap until until the rookies got up to speed on the NFL game. Once Watson and Doubs emerged he became expendable. The next to go will be Randall Cobb. And not long after that will be Aaron Rodgers. Another pedestrian performance last night and another egregious INT by Rodgers. You want to talk about someone not earning his contract Kevin, look no further than your hero. My point Kevin about Love is this. Philadelphia is the best team in the NFC and possibly all of football. It’s no coincidence they have one of the best young QB’s in the game in Jalen Hurts. Who’s to say we’re not setting on the next Jalen Hurts with Jordan Love? Holding him back so Rodgers can play average at best. What makes any of you think Rodgers will be better than he is right now next season? We know what we have with Rodgers. It’s time to see if we have the next Jalen Hurts with Jordan Love.
