We love JJ. James Jones.
Jones is now an analyst for NFL Network. He broke the news of Aaron Rodgers’ mega contract extension. He appeared on The Rich Eisen Show on Wednesday. He told Eisen that Aaron Rodgers is playing this week.
And not only that, but what we expected. That knowing Rodgers, Jones knows that the fact the Minnesota Vikings and Anthony Barr derailed his season last year will be in the back of his mind. Not only did Barr injure him, but he then taunted Rodgers by grabbing his nuts.
And Rodgers is going to come out and ball hard.

The Green Bay Packers will need everything they have against the Vikings. That is probably the best defense in the league. As a division game, it carries extra weight.
Rodgers’ mobility may be limited. He didn’t practice again on Thursday. That could lead to more blitzes from the Vikings on Sunday. It likely will lead to more quick passes from Rodgers and that is something he excels at when he wants to.
The added incentive of showing Anthony Barr and the Vikings who runs the North should prove for an interesting show.
Our money is on QB1.
Fans can keep an eye out for themselves by watching the games live with an NFL Game Pass International using a VPN since the US version has blacked out live streams.
I kn ow it’s early to talk about ‘must have’ games, but Green bay needs this game. I think the best case scenario we all imagine is splitting the series this year, home and home. If they drop this game at Lambeau, they’ll have to go get a win in Minneapolis three days after Thanksgiving…. that’s gonna be tough sledding in any scenario.
It’s the second game of the season. I remember a season where we lost gb1 and lost to the patriots the next week late in the season. Then won the super bowl. I hope the medical staff doesn’t shit the bed on this one.
