The Green Bay Packers got quarterback Aaron Rodgers back on the practice field for the first time this week, on Saturday.
Rodgers had been held out all week because of the sprained knee he suffered in week 1. This would point to Rodgers playing in week 2, but it’s no guarantee.
The Packers only have a light practice on Saturday. It’s nothing like game conditions.
The team will also look to see how Rodgers responds on Sunday. Is there more swelling, more pain, etc.
It certainly seemed that Rodgers was progressing in the right direction thus far. He is, however, still listed as questionable on the team’s injury report.
I honestly think he would too. He did have some success until he shit the bed. Twice. But I’m willing to give him at least a little benefit for having to step in for a legend at Lambeau. If he sucks like he did the next time out, my tune will have changed significantly. Those are rookie mistakes. Can’t happen again or he’s 3rd string automatically.
I think you meant to post this comment on another article.
He’ll play. I wouldn’t want it any other way.
Unfortunately, I do feel like it is the Packers “turn” to win so to speak. That and the fact the refs will call at least two roughing the passer penalties on the Vikes (I admit, 1 may be accurate), two or three phantom holding and/or interference calls on our defense, and about 19 non calls of Packers offensive linemen holding. That’s a lot for any team to overcome.
And if Matthews is going to foray back into PEDs I think he’ll risk it for this game more than any other.
I’m hoping our teams get past this one without injury. We’ll hopefully get a victory over you guys later this year in Minnesota.
Lol…..once a moron, always a moron.
Even when you “try” to be civil, you still come off as a D Bag.
So…if the Packers win….it’s because Clay is back on PED’s (in your mind).
And it’s because….the refs will call 2 or 3 phantom holding or PI penaltys (in your mind).
And it’s because the refs will happen to go blind the 19 times our offensive line holds (cheats, even the all mighty queens can’t overcome) in your mind.
So according to our resident queen fan dipshit D bag….if the Packers win, it’s because of the refs and PED’s.
Apparently, it has nothing to do with Rodgers career passer rating of 111 against the queens.
Ha Ha, that means you watched it! I got you!
And you thought I’d fall for it that you’re too scared to click on a link! Hahaha
