I thought my distaste for Bryan Bulaga could not grow anymore. It has.
Do you know how many times this flaming piece of shit has made it through a full season in his eight-year NFL career?
Twice.
He’s missed all of the 2013 season. He played just five games last year. He missed four games in two other seasons.
Injury-prone?
Maybe!
Which knee are you going to blow out this year, you fat fuck?
Why do I dislike Bryan Bulaga? He’s an overrated sack of crap. The contract he got from Uncle Ted in 2015, which averages $6.75 million a year, was the classic case of Ted overvaluing and overpaying a guy he drafted.
Bryan Bulaga has never sniffed a Pro Bowl, much less All-Pro honors, yet he’s paid like that.
He’s the kind of guy who, if you criticize him or his play, will block you on Twitter. That actually happened. Way to be a man!
Why has my ire for Bryan Bulaga grown today?
Packers’ GM Brian Gutekunst obviously has a similar opinion about Bulaga, his injuries and his play that I do. Gutekunst tried to renegotiate Bulaga’s contract earlier this offseason, asking him to take a pay cut.
Bulaga refused.
And I’ll just throw this out — that useless prick ultimately made $1.35 million per game last year.
According to a source, the Packers attempted to negotiate a pay cut from Bulaga in the offseason but were rebuffed and talks went nowhere. Bulaga has two years left on a five-year, $33.75 million contract that he signed in March 2015. His base salaries are $5.85 million this year and $5.8 million in 2019.
I’ve got a solution for you Gutes.
Cut the fucker.
The Packers would gain a bit more than $2 million in cap space by doing so.
But what about a replacement, you ask?
Now we know why the Packers have been showing interest in so many draftable tackles. Clearly, they are serious about finding another solution at right tackle. Clearly, and not at all surprisingly, Bulaga and his thin skin has overvalued himself.
And if you don’t get your tackle in the draft, let’s just plug in Kyle Murphy or Jason Spriggs and roll with that. It’s not like right tackle is a premium position.
So long, dimwit!
