Bold statement.
Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall has never been shy though. Randall says the NFC comes through Green Bay. And after a 7-9 season, that might be considered an iffy proclamation.
#1 seed coming soon … NFC Gotta come thur Green Bay … good luck bring ya coats …

The kid doesn’t lack confidence, does he?
Realistically, the Packers need to add some pieces to be a legit Super Bowl contender, though. They can’t have Aaron Rodgers elevating them forever. That strategy hasn’t really worked.
If general manager Brian Gutekunst could add another cornerback who was actually a No. 1 this offseason, move Randall to the slot, they might have a legit shot.
That’s a big and costly ask though.
Randall did elevate his game in 2017 after a disastrous 2016. Someone said it was his best season to date. I don’t agree with that assessment — his rookie year was his best season, easily. That said, Randall definitely played well down the stretch — after getting benched. He will be part of the Packers’ starting defense going forward.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahana
Report: Randall subject to random drug test tomorrow morning.
My sentiments exactly Kato! There are some really deluded players on that defense, including Mike Daniels, who apparently don’t put much attention into stats or how horrendous they actually are year after year. Love to watch what they see when they watch film, and how they are “killin’ it!” on tape week in and week out.
When Randall can make it through a full season wearing his big boy pants, not throwing tantrums and grabbing his marbles and going home. Maybe then i’ll take him seriously….maybe.
LOL…as usual
The nice thing about Randall is, if this football thing doesn’t work out, he always has his college education to fall back on.
“DAMARIOUS RANDALL SAYS NFC COMES THROUGH GREEN BAY”
It is hard not to see this as a sign Randall being happy about Capers firing, as well as confidence in Pettine’s and Gutes abilities
I took the comment from Randall as “I’m a very good team player please pickup my 5th year option.”
The thought of Randall getting like $9 million in a team option made me throw up in my mouth a little
In other news, the Packers fail to recover any of Bennett’s signing bonus.
Shocking….i know.
Honestly, this whole “Number 1 seed” bullshit means nothing either. There is no more Lambeau mystique. The last time I checked they were a sterling 5-5 at home in the playoffs. And I think when I checked that started with Favre losing to Atlanta back in the day. McCarthy is an outstanding 4-3 @ home in the playoffs, not to mention 0-2 in NFC championships @ home (and 1-3 overall). But yeah, that’s all they need is home field advantage and the trip to the Super Bowl runs through Green Bay. These clowns all need enhanced drug testing.
McMuffin has only played one NFCCG at home, and that was with Favre. The other three were in Chicago, Seattle, and Atlanta.
My bad.
