Lance Kendricks Also Likes Weed

Maybe you guys should just legalize weed in Wisconsin already. Otherwise, half your football team is going to end up in the legal system and on suspension. Green Bay Packers tight end Lance Kendricks was also arrested for a marijuana offense.

I say also because it was recently revealed that running back Aaron Jones was arrested for a weed-related offense back in October.

Kendricks’ arrest took place on September 2.

According to TMZ, which is all over this stuff lately…

Kendricks was clocked going 81 in a 70 mph zone when he was on his way home from the Wisconsin Badgers football game on Sept. 2. According to the police report, the cop “could smell a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle.”

Cops say Kendricks apologized for the smell … and after initially denying there were any drugs in the car, he later ‘fessed up to having weed in the glove box.

Kendricks is now facing charges for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Outagamie County.

He’ll also likely be looking at a one-game suspension to open the 2018 season. Receiver Geronimo Allison received the same suspension for a similar offense to open the 2017 season.

The Legend of Letroy Guion lives on!

You’d think the Seattle Seahawks & Denver Broncos would be the NFL’s top free agent destinations…

Legalize it in every state and guess what? Your employer can still drug test you. Just like your employer can still drug test you in the states of Washington and Colorado. BNSF Railway is a pretty big employer in Denver. Think you’ll get a job for them without passing a drug test? This is the thing a lot of folks just don’t get. Your workplace has control over your habits, just like they can control your free speech.

Most of the cops could care less too. They are just doing their jobs to enforce the laws they are given to enforce. Change the laws and they’ll adapt to the changes. But even in the legalized states there are still consequences just like everywhere else . Driving with too much weed in the system is just as bad as too much booze in the system or too much Rx drugs in the system. Being stupid in the NFL, I guess that is becoming standard.

Coincidence for me and Mr. Kendricks. I went to that game too.

This is a blow, but lucky he is ok. Lance Kendricks and the rest of the free agent signing treasures are keys to the success of this team this season. Without his 10 catches in 10 games, i cringe thinking where this team would be without him.

    In Ted we Trust.

lol…..These arrest kind of make you wonder, how many more were arrested that we haven’t heard about yet?

    Good ol’ Red China.

Keep up the good work Ted and Murph.
