Apparently, the rest of the NFL likes the Green Bay Packers’ defensive line more than the Packers do.
First, it was one of our biggest surprise cuts — Brian Price — getting claimed by the Dallas Cowboys. Now, it’s the guy who beat Price out for that roster spot — Christian Ringo — getting claimed by the Cincinnati Bengals.
Source says Bengals have claimed DT Christian Ringo off waivers from the Packers. They are now at 53 players.

Ringo, who had a strong preseason, was released on Tuesday to make room for new signee Quinton Dial.
The Packers signed Dial after he was released by the San Francisco 49ers. Dial wasn’t a fit for their new 4-3 defense, but he is a fit in the Packers’ 3-4.
Does all of this ostensibly matter in the long run?
The Packers could have re-signed Ringo to the practice squad if he cleared waivers, but he’s now on the Bengals active roster. Good for him!
You don’t build a dominating defense every season like Ted has by making the wrong decisions. I’m sure this one will work out as well.
