We had speculated about this, but didn’t really know for certain. Although the fabricated statement released upon the announcement of the end of Aaron Rodgers’ and Olivia Munn’s relationship said the couple parted amicably, we knew that was nonsense.
No relationship ends amicably.
No, we suspected — based on her past history — that Rodgers dumped Munn. Us Weekly apparently has confirmed that, via the New York Post.
“The big issue is that Olivia doesn’t get along with his family. They think she’s controlling,” a source told the magazine.
Here’s more.
“Aaron is the one that has pulled away from the family, not the reverse,” an insider told Us Weekly. “When he got together with Olivia Munn, his family told him they didn’t trust her and thought she wasn’t with him for the right reasons. That made him furious, and he ended up choosing Olivia over his family.”
The Rodgers’ family rift has been beaten to death. It was reported multiple times that Munn was the cause of it.
We never really suspected anything else.
And frankly, it isn’t surprising that Munn would be controlling because she’s so damn insecure.
This was a long time coming. We’re glad it’s finally over.
