Martellus Bennett Is Letting You Choose His Number

Not kidding at all. Fresh, minty, new Green Bay Packers tight end Martellus Bennett is letting people vote on his new number.

Check it out.

There were more than 5,000 votes as of 2:00 CT and all four numbers were running even.

Personally, No. 80 will always be James Lofton and No. 84 Sterling Sharpe, as far as I am concerned.

Yes, No. 86 was Antonio Freeman, but he’s a total prick. I know, I’ve interacted with him on multiple occasions and he thinks he’s better than you. So that was my vote. Maybe we can get someone better than old Stone Hands in No. 86.

Besides, No. 85 is Packer great…

Don’t give a shit what #, just make plays and block like a boss.

I can’t wait to see what Cook eventually signs for, he got no action last year. He did up his worth with the tip toe in bounds Cowboys catch. But i see him getting 4-5mill a year and then firing his agent.

BTW Monty, nice job pulling triple duty during the 1st 2 day of free agency.

I should read the article before i post…lol

I’ll second that about Freeman. I had access to club seats back then and went to a lot of games, and Freeman would come to Bucks games and sit court side. He always looked street thug with his blue bandana. I didn’t engage him because i leave people alone, but i overheard him plenty in the bar area, and he was very short with any fans that approached him. we had 4 3rd row isle seats behind the visitors bench. we lost the seats when they doubled the price and added waitress service. Not that i ever payed…but the seats went up to $325 a piece if i remember right.

Ty`s going to have a running back number so it can be his 88! like it should be. This guy`s a great player so I guess we, including myself, should stop complaining that TT doesn`t sign anybody.
