Although there was some outside interest, namely from the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers, linebacker Jayrone Elliott ultimately decided to re-sign with the Green Bay Packers.
Great meetings with some historic organizations especially meeting Mike Tomlin and Joey Porter… but Green Bay is home! ????

It’s been an interesting journey for Elliott since free agency began. The Packers chose not to tender him as a restricted free agent.
That made him an unrestricted free agent and he was free to sign wherever he wanted. We took the non-tender as a sign the Packers didn’t want Elliott back.
Obviously, we were wrong. The Packers apparently just wanted Elliott back at a cheaper rate than his tender dictated.
We’ve discussed it many times — Elliott hasn’t quite blossomed into the playmaker on defense we’ve seen from time to time in the preseason. He is, however, a very solid special teams player, something the Packers can never seem to get enough of.
Hopefully, Elliott can make an impact on the defense in 2017.
Aaaaand Lacy signs with Seattle.
TT is a fucktard.
Yup
