Predictable.
That’s all we can say about this.
The Green Bay Packers are/were interested in former Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. They still have “some” interest in him, but that interest is predicated on what happens during the draft, which means said interest may be zero after the draft.
If the Packers are so interested in Peterson, why don’t they just bring him in?
Because that dummy thinks this is 2012 and he should be paid as such.
Said on @SportsCenter two NFL sources believe Adrian Peterson is still free agent b/c initial price too high. GB mulled visit but passed

Peterson is reportedly feeling disrespected in free agency. Jason Cole affirmed that he still wants to be paid like a superstar.
Here’s a news flash. Adrian Peterson is a soon-to-be 32-year-old running back coming off of a second major knee injury. The chances of his actually earning any sort of superstar-like contract are slim. The chances of him getting that type of contract appear to be nil.
Certainly, the Packers have zero interest in such a scenario.
This is the end of the line, buddy. You better get your ego in check and face reality. The demand for your services is low, if it exists at all. That demand is only going to decrease after teams with a running back hole address that need in the draft.
