I read this as I was having my fourth midday cocktail on Sunday and I got a little choked up. Was it the booze? No, it was not.
Bill Snyder of Hartland, Wisconsin recently passed away. His two sons decided to take out ad space in Sunday’s Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The result is part obituary, part thank you to the Green Bay Packers and various players who played for them.
More so, it perfectly sums up what it’s like to be a Packers fan — the fraternity that we’re all in, the memories that we all share.
You may not always agree with us, but ultimately, that’s what it’s about and that’s why we’re all here.

Since that’s going to be hard for you to read, the family has posted a larger version online. You can find it here.
Godspeed, Bill.
