Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has developed quite the high profile for himself. Not high enough for former “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest to recognize him, though.
Rodgers and his lady, Olivia Munn, were at Ellen DeGeneres’ birthday party where he ran into Seacrest.
“So I was at a birthday party for a friend of mine on Friday,” Seacrest explained. “It was at her house. It was actually Ellen and Portia. So I’m standing at the bar in their house and a guy is leaning against the wall.”
Then the conversation went like this:
AR: What’s up, man? I’m a big fan.
RS: Hey, thanks, I’m Ryan.
AR: Oh, I’m Aaron.
RS: Well, nice to meet you. … Well, what do you do?
AR: I play football.
RS: Oh, that’s cool. … Who do you play for?
AR: I play for the Packers.
Seacrest went on to say he didn’t recognize Rodgers because he looks different in uniform.
Next to Tom Brady, Rodgers is probably the most recognizable player in the NFL. What’s maybe only interesting to me is you can tell by the tone of the conversation that Rodgers expects people to know who he is.
This must be why he couldn’t play in the Pro Bowl. Had to go to Ellen’s birthday party.
Fancy!
Because he was out of uniform?…Seriously?….lmao
How about just telling the truth and say you don’t watch sports? It beats lying i’m thinking.
If a member of the LGBT Community like Seacrest hanging out in L A, doesn’t follow sports, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. There is nothing wrong with that. Especially in this case, we understand. No need to lie.
No harm, no foul. But why lie? I don’t know what’s wrong with these celebrity types. When they aren’t telling each other how great they are at awards show’s. They threaten to leave the Country (then don’t). Or they talk about blowing up the White House.
But one good thing they do is, preach for understanding, equal rights, and free speech for all human beings. Unless of course, you voted for Trump or want to attend a speech at U C Berkeley.
In defense of the protesters, they said they weren’t setting things on fire, they were just misunderstood. They were just roasting marshmallows. They are peaceful law abiding citizens, who just happen to cover their faces…like Isis.
Well he does watch sports because he likes the Falcons. And he follows Munn on Twitter. Maybe AR was clean shaven??
We’ll go with that then.
Geesh . . .
I know right? (smh)
Like Rodgers hasn’t been on tv commercials 9 million times, without his uniform.
