We told you about the petition to ban Joe Buck and Troy Aikman from calling Green Bay Packers games earlier this week. It had more than 25,000 signatures as of Thursday evening.
Clearly, there is a large contingent of Packers fans who really hate Buck and Aikman, but then we already knew that.
What do Buck and Aikman think?
Troy says he doesn’t care, but he says his partner does.
“I could not care less about that. I know Joe, he does get a little bit bothered by it. He’s a little sensitive when he hears that people don’t want us to broadcast their games,” Aikman said.
I’m not sure why that puts a smile on my face, but it does.
Personally, I have no problem with Buck or Aikman. I think they do a decent job.
If you want to know of a guy I’d like to reach through my television and repeatedly bash in the face, here’s an answer: Phil Simms.
THE WORST.
Anyway, I think it makes me smile because now we know Joe Buck is a sensitive little weenie who cares a lot about what people think of him.
People who complain about Buck and Aikman calling the game are just looking for something to complain about and they are jumping on board because a lot of fans complain about it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these two, they do an excellent job. Sit back on your couch and enjoy the game. Stop complaining!
If you think Phil Simms is bad, you should hear his squeaky son’s voice talk on Bleacher Report. Seriously, the guy thinks he’s some kind of houdini of Football knowledge and opinion. He ONLY has that platform because of his dad, just a joke.
& QB at Texas too
Major Applewhite was 4x the QB he was
These guys are good.
The only P.O.S. commentator is Phil Simms. Brutal to listen to that retard. Can’t believe he is CBS’ top color guy…
Thank God Dan Dierdorf was chased away …
Aikman starts every sentence with “Yeah…” and Buck has no personality. Ever watch an interview with Buck? Unless he’s talking to Artie Lange its dreadful. Biased no, boring yes.
Can’t stand Buck, he was so biased against the cubs. I like Aikman though
