It didn’t really matter in the end. The Atlanta Falcons were pounding the Green Bay Packers so badly in the NFC Championship game that one single play wasn’t going to make any difference.
Still, if it had, Samuel L. Jackson was all over it.
The actor appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last week and talked about his NFC Championship game experience. Jackson is a Falcons fan and was walking around on the field before the game.
That’s when he saw Aaron Rodgers practicing some sort of trick play.
“I actually watched Aaron Rodgers run a play I had never seen before, during warmups,” Jackson said. “The end came around and he gave him the ball like it was going to be an end-around and he slipped off into the end zone and he threw him a pass.”
If you’re keeping score, Rodgers has just one career reception and it came off a batted ball. That play lost a yard.
Jackson actually tweeted about the play on game day.
Just watched Rogers hand off sneak to the corner of the end zone & catch a pass! Hmmmmmm

Alas, it didn’t really matter, but maybe the Packers can break it out next season.
Judging by the # of comments, i’m not so sure anyone gives a shit what the “Hollywood” stars have to say.
Of course, they’d like you to know they are smarter than everyone, they know how to do other people’s job’s better than them, they’ll tell us how to think, they’ll tell us how to feel, they’ll tell us how to act. Because they’re “STARS”…….lmao
And they’ll usually do all this, from the same stage they use when they get together to celebrate each other, and tell each other, how great they are.
Huh ?
