The Green Bay Packers aren’t expected to have receiver Randall Cobb available for their game with the Detroit Lions tonight.
Cobb is nursing an injured ankle that he hurt against Seattle. Until this week, he has practiced and played, but he clearly has been limited. This week, the Packers finally decided to sit Cobb to rest the injury.
It appears as if it will carry over into this evening’s game.
Randall Cobb may dress tonight, but the #Packers aren't counting on their versatile WR for much. Needs another week with his gimpy ankle.

If Cobb sits out, it would be the second consecutive game that he’s missed. The Packers turned to rookie Geronimo Allison last week with Cobb sidelined.
He responded with four receptions for 66 yards.
Rest him. Besides he has been a non factor most of the year. I kind of like Geronimo Allison.
Does anyone have the link to the petition to keep the Packers from retiring Favre’s number?
Lol….
THAT was funny dude !!!!
