Packers Sign Christian McCaffrey’s Brother, Which Probably Means Something

Man, Internet people are flipping out about this one. The Green Bay Packers have signed receiver Max
McCaffrey to their practice squad.

And if you read all of the glorious headlines out there, you will quickly find out that Max McCaffrey is the son of Ed and brother of Christian!

And that the Packers are in the McCaffrey business!

Glory be to God!

And yes, this clearly means that the Packers will now be able to draft Christian McCaffrey. So just think of the all-Stanford backfield we’ll have next year!

Ty Montgomery and Christian McCaffrey!

All because we signed Max McCaffrey to the practice squad in late December!

And the Packers will also have the blessing of Bronco great Ed McCaffrey. So they will never lose to the Broncos again!

This is gonna be awesome.

The franchise will forever celebrate the minor practice squad move Big Ted made in late December of 2016 because it means the Packers will get to draft Christian McCaffrey and never lose to Denver again!

Who knew?!?!

Meanwhile, in real news……Rodgers, Dix, Lang selected to Pro Bowl.

Not sure how Dix made it. Was safety play really that poor in the NFC this year? And this was literally the dumbest article I have ever read on here.

When you look at his #’s you can make a case for Dix. I’m not saying he didn’t get some of those picks thrown right to him, but at the end of the day, they are still picks.

I don’t give the Pro Bowl that much credence anymore. The actual game to me is nothing but a joke. The Pro Bowl has become a reward from the NFL, if you play well, they will pay you, and give you free vacation. You’ll notice that most seasoned pro’s, even if elected, rarely go anymore. If they go, it’s just to shuck it up with other players. No one, including the players, takes that game seriously. And frankly, because of risking injury, i don’t blame them.

The Packers already had Travis Jervey once? Take Calvin Cook….Or better yet, I would settle for a non-fucking waste of space in the 1st round for the first time in almost a decade.
