The Green Bay Packers’ Saturday injury report yielded one change from the Friday injury report. Cornerback Damarious Randall, who returned to the lineup last week, was added as questionable with a groin injury.
Both quarterback Aaron Rodgers (hamstring) and linebacker Clay Matthews (shoulder) remained questionable. Matthews is always a wild card when it comes to injuries, but we fully expect Rodgers to play.
The inside linebacker position appears to be the biggest issue for the Packers right now. Both Jake Ryan (ankle) and Blake Martinez (knee) are also listed as questionable.
It’s conceivable Ryan, Martinez and Matthews could all be sidelined, which would leave the Packers with just Joe Thomas and Carl Bradford as their only healthy inside linebackers.
Center J.C. Tretter, guard T.J. Lang, linebacker Kyler Fackrell and cornerback Demetri Goodson are all listed as out for Sunday’s game.
The only thing I’m wondering is why is goodson still on the roster? Get someone new in and see what you have. What’s Robertson Daniel doing?
Ryan and Martinez will come back, too soon, be injured, and lost for the stretch.
Randall doesn’t matter, because healthy or injured, he’s just not as good as people hoped.
Don’t even get me started about Clay “Mr. Endorsement” Matthews. Guy avoids contact like “Killer” dodges acknowledging what a worthless, POS life he lives, masquerading as a kind of humanish thing.
Only one that’ll game up is the franchise.
If they post a prediction article, i’ll post a prediction. That’s the deal.
Less than 2 hours before game time, i’m hoping Shawn didn’t end up in the slammer again.
I think they should cut ties with Matthews and see what they could get for him ,he only plays half a season at best.
