He played like he was drunk on Sunday, so it was fitting that Aaron Rodgers’ response to another terrible performance involved booze.
“Have a glass of scotch and chill out a little bit [and] watch the film,” Rodgers said after the Packers’ 30-16 loss at Lambeau Field. “I’m my biggest critic, and I look at this as finely as I look at every other game and improve.”
This came after a two-turnover performance in which Rodgers was only able to get the Green Bay Packers offense into the end zone once. That had the fans booing the Packers for the first time in quite a while.
That’s something else Rodgers took note of.
“Look, we’re upset, they’re upset, it’s part of it,” Rodgers said. “It’s not the first time, probably won’t be the last time.”
The thing is, Rodgers and the Packers keep telling us how they’re going to fix things. And then nothing changes.
At what point is enough enough?
