Okay, the guy isn’t an Adonis or anything, but Green Bay Packers left tackle David Bakhtiari has probably never been as toned as he appears to be right now.
There’s actually some definition in Bakhtiari’s arms.
Usually I like to do a fun #farewellflex after I’ve concluded at @proactivesp for the off season. But Ima take the time to be serious (which I rarely like to do) and thank the man behind all the training sessions, the facility, and the reason so many guys come to the #Matthewshouseofpain (#proactivesportsperformance). Ryan Capretta. Thank you for helping me get to where I need to be every season. Cheers to many more.
What do those things usually look like?
Like the arms of a flabby man.
See the top of the page.
Look, Bakhtiari is obviously no dummy. He knows what’s going on right now.
First and foremost, he’s in a contract year. Whoever gives him his next deal, Bakhtiari wants to make sure it’s a large one. The only way you get that is by playing well or if you’re Andrew Luck.
Second, the Packers chose a left tackle — Jason Spriggs — in the second round of this year’s draft. There have also been rumors that the Packers want to move Bakhtiari to guard, something he wants nothing to do with.
So what better way to take care of all of that than to show up in the best shape of your life and play your ass off?
Frankly, we hope Bakhtiari has been working his legs as much as it appears he’s been hitting the arms. Then maybe he’ll finally be able to negate the bull rush.
Spriggs looks like a monster. But yea, rookie etc. This may be interesting to see if Bak-T has his own little Renaissance.
