Everyone has been waiting to get a glimpse of Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy and they got that chance Tuesday morning.

The Packers’ second day of OTAs was the first open to the media and the public.

So what of Lacy, who was told to lose weight after the season and seemed to take that directive seriously?

Mixed reviews.

First look at new, improved #Packers RB Eddie Lacy. Up close, looks like he lost weight, especially in upper body. pic.twitter.com/TjS6ztnqpE

Not sure what I was expecting but #Packers RB Eddie Lacy doesn't look vastly different. Then again, not like he had to come back at 205 lbs.

For what it's worth, Eddie Lacy looks trimmer in his public appearance at OTAs. Bounce back talk big part of 2016-17. #packers

So there you have it. Three out of four guys on the Packers beat say Lacy looks fitter than he did last season.

There’s more offseason to kill though and we bet there’s an Old Country Buffet open around there somewhere.
