The Minnesota Vikings and their fans are really clinging tightly to that 2015 NFC North title. Like, “Hey everybody, look at what we did! We are so great. Please respect us now!”
That’s obviously because that’s all they and their inferiority complex have to hold onto. It’s why the Vikings hang banners for division titles and the Packers hang them for league titles.
Because these two things were just not fucking created equal.
But anyway, ESPN posted something to their Facebook page today that said the Packers won the NFC North last season.
They didn’t, but we can see how anyone could make that mistake. I mean, the Packers pretty much always win the NFC North and the Vikings pretty much always win jack shit.
Simple mistake.
Not that ESPN should making such a mistake. The post was quickly deleted, but not before someone got a screen shot.
…Really, @espn? #Vikings pic.twitter.com/HwKmOum5a0

We’re not really sure why that post prominently features somebody on the Detroit Lions either, but whatever.
Vikings fans?
ENRAGED!
HOW DARE YOU, ESPN!
But leave it to this guy to put things in their proper perspective.

Well executed, Packer Ranter.
Yeah…ESPN fucked up, just like the guy that changed this site to it’s current layout.
Accuracy counts. Vikes are the division winners. (Obviously chagrins this poor “writer”.)
Accuracy counts. Just not to Packer fans.
Yes ESPN screwed up. All of us that understand competition know the true goal of any quality NFL team is to earn that 32nd pick in the draft. The later you pick in round one (unless you trade down) the better your overall record for the previous year, and the closer you are to the ultimate goal. As is usually the case the Packers picked later than the Vikings again this year. Most Packer fans are not satisfied unless the team reaches the ultimate goal, a Lombardi. The Vikings are satisfied with and vigorously defend their participation medals.
you played the Redskins bro take a seat
Yes and the Vikings lost to the Seahawks. What is your point. Go play with your Vikings 2015 participation ribbon with glee. The Packers 2015 participation ribbon sucks, although it is one class higher than the Vikings
The Packers have the Vince Lombardi trophy room and the giant Vince Lombardi trophy. Maybe at their new stadium the Vikings will have an NFC North 2015 Champion room.
Larry Fitzgerald
This site is just becoming such a pain now to navigate. Did you all finally get another letter from the Packers about using the logo so you HAD to make the website this much of a nightmare? Or is this really someone’s idea of “cool”?
Lol dudes just mad cause they been in the same building since the 60s and the Vikes get a new state of the art stadium. In your face. Haha
Wait, we’re “mad” because we play in a stadium regarded by (ask an un-biased NFL fan) most if not all of the NFL as the Cathedral of the NFL? It’s one of the proudest traditions we have. You understand only a losing tradition. Haha.
The Packer stadium is as good as many high school stadiums and almost as comfortable. It is quaint. It is not a “Cathedral” and no one sane thinks it is. It is a very old moldy seat-less outdated cheap stadium inferior to literally every other stadium in the NFL. Many fans may consider it quaint but no one would trade their stadium for Lambeau Field. No one.
Just because a stadium has aged a long time and been outpaced across the nation does not make it a proud tradition. It makes it a candidate of condemning or replacement. How is it proud? You are proud of having the crappiest stadium in the NFL? Way to take pride Packer nation. What a twisted mentality.
Comfortable? you go to a game to get comfy? wow.
I guess whoever your team is sucks so much ass you would rather just sit on yours and get “comfy”
Funny……You guys said the same thing about the Metrodome in the Mid Eighties. By the Early Nineties it was the fault of the Metrodome that you claim you could not compete with the rest of the NFL……yet……there across the border……a piece of crap, old, uncomfortable stadium kept filling up with FANS game after game and not making excuses. Enjoy your trendy new spectacle of stadium and revel in its awesomeness instead of enjoying the product your team puts on the field……again. You were once dominant…..when you played out doors in Met Stadium. Remember that? No, because you don’t know a thing about TRADITION.
