Oakland Raiders football… meh.
Well, maybe not so much, at least this week. Now that our main man Charles Woodson has announced his retirement at the end of the season, he has just two games left to play. Thursday night against San Diego will be his final game in Oakland.
So there’s that, but now there’s also this.
Worth watching on Thursday night: Per @VicTafur, don't be surprised if you see vintage Michigan Charles Woodson (WR, DB, returner).

Unfortunately, Chuck never caught a pass when he was with the Packers. In 2006 and 2007, he was the team’s primary punt returner, but never took one to the house.
Woodson served as the Raiders’ punt returner early in his career. He also caught two passes.
As mentioned, where he was really the triple threat was at Michigan. It’s what won him the Heisman.
Stuff like this.
Can Wood still motor like that at 39? Probably not quite, but it will be interesting to watch.
