In case you needed a reminder of how awesome those mouth-breathing, sheep-fucking, chili-stained assholes from Minnesota are, here you go.

To think, this Minnesota Vikings fan blew their entire welfare check on buying that drone. I mean, it’s pretty sweet, but how are you going to feed your eight kids or keep the heat on in the trailer this winter?
What? It’s a manufactured home and not a trailer, you say?
Right. You keep telling yourself that, punchy.
Maybe one day you’ll have yourself a real football team, too!
Par for the fuckin’ course from those assholes.
keep buying those Packers jerseys. That’s money in the Packer’s bank, baby!
So sad. For a whole week they thought they were on top of the world.
but hats off to their [overdue] emergence of a true rival in the NFC North division.
could this be the key to the mystery of why the packers, in the past 4 seasons, never came into the playoffs with a well-honed competitive edge?
not since the magical WC year had the Packers cutting edge been so “fire-honed” from a fierce contested “come from behind” division race?
Maybe all those pushover division ch. [2011-2014] were actually contributing to them being somewhat “flat” competitively as they entered the playoff tournament fray against opponents who were fresh from life or death contests, some [like the Giants] who, in addition, were hungry for revenge against the Pack for an earlier regular season besting.
So, congrats to the Vikings organization for their desire and hard work to put together a team that is, or is to become, a worthy competitive rival, and which will make the division stronger overall. As sharper playoff teams emerge from the North, a “strong” division once again. deserving of a newly created moniker: “crucible of
btw, i saw on the Fox News Channel show “Stossel” that the Minnesota twin cities metro area has the 2nd highest per capita income in the nation.
Stossel also pointed out that the DC metro area is number 1 in prosperity due to the millions of unproductive government “job welfare” hired during BO administration.
also, TP, i can assure you that the quality of housing throughout the greater DC metro area is no better, if not actually worse, than in the TC area.
I’m not a vikings fan but you have to admit. That was cool.
Can’t wait to see there new stadium next year. I want to see the trophy room with all the Super Bowl trophys. Oh wait they don’t have any , never mind then.
I would settle for a Fran Tarkenton room, esp, as an answer to the 49er “Jerry rice” room as a contender “greatest pro FB player of all time” memorial.
As a packer fan who attended St. Olaf College, about 35 miles south of Mpls., from 62-66, i can attest to the extreme interest in the Packers – Vikings rivalry to us old timers.
That game [65 season finale?] where Tarkenton scrambled, a la AR, to throw a last-second winning long bomb for a TD, only to have it called back for an extremely rare [for that era] OFFENSIVE pass interference infraction, actually got me to slip away from the student union TV room, and go into hiding for awhile [but i needed to get some hours in at the Lib anyway to catch up on neglected studies].
not until decades later was i to enjoy such a thrilling packers win over the vikings [the MNF “miraculous reception” by The FreeMan, and also, yesterday’s “explosive vindication” as well]
If the new stadium is ready next year, and my 50th class reunion is held during a Packers @ Vikings game weekend, i could somehow break my vow to never return to set foot in a state that could “elect” the likes of Jesse Ventura and Al Franken[stein]. alas, in any event they won’t likely accommodate the scheduling priorities of an alumnus from WI.
Pretty sure you can feed a family of forty Hormel Chili for a month on about 10 bucks.
This doesn’t seem like a very safe idea. It’d been funny if it caught their shitty stadium ablaze. Doesn’t matter though, Vikings got burned by Jeff Janis and fire foot Crosby.
If someone did this with a Cutler jersey, we’d all be laughing. Respect.
Good post, Fritz. The Packers have had the talent in recent years, but they’ve fallen flat in a few of their Playoff performances. I think you may be onto something here. Hopefully, the return of a true rival will be enough to give the Packers that missing element in the post season. Vikings-Packers, Jan. 3, at Lambeau is going to be very important.
