Shawn is off doing actual important work today, so I am posting the Game View instead. And that means no grades.
Actually, no. I take that back. I do have grades for the Green Bay Packers for last Sunday.
Everyone gets the same grade.
That’s for fucking fantastical failure, which losing to the Detroit Lions at home can only be classified as.
And now that we have that out of the way, here’s Shawn’s review of the tape.
Clearly Aaron Rodgers is more at fault than I originally thought.
It makes no sense how a quarterback who is known for his understanding of defenses, ability to see the field and uncanny arm can become whoever that guy was on the field.
Monty, you really need to dial back on the fucking ads and pop-ups. I had to go out and buy some high-speed bearings for the counter on my ad blocker program.
The fucking counter was spinning like I was pumping $5.00 a gallon gas.
Wow…great game film.
Rodgers giving Davante Adams 21 targets is beyond comprehension. I knew Cobb was getting open and he has been getting open all season — but he either banged the shit outta Olivia Munn in Mexico or Rodgers has it out for him. Whatever the case is Rodgers needs to wake the fuck up.
I should go kick Olivia in the nuts. Your next after that.
I don’t know if it’s possible but it would be nice if you could put together a video of every instance where Cobb was open during this game. If he was really open that much without getting the ball a video like that would probably go national and the Packers would have to comment on it.
Hmm. Start a crowd fund for Shawn to invest the time? I’m in for a buck!
Now I understand Cobb’s comment in
http://sgtest.totalpackers.com/2015/11/04/randall-cobb-says-its-his-fault/
He tried to please Rodgers. Didn’t help apparently
See I disagree. I looked at these comments as Cobb pretty much saying what Rodgers SHOULD have been saying. And when Cobb did say them and take more responsibility than the QB did, I think it made Rodgers look worse.
I don’t know what Cobb’s intentions were, but it certainly didn’t help his number of targets since he said it.
“I don’t know what Cobb’s intentions were, but it certainly didn’t help his number of targets since he said it.”
That’s what I was trying to say.
