B.J. Raji and Damarious Randall Now Probable
The Green Bay Packers must have liked what they saw from nose tackle B.J. Raji and cornerback Damarious Randall during Saturday’s practice.
Both defenders were upgraded on the injury report from questionable to probable, so you can fully expect to see them on the field Sunday night.
Raji missed the Packers’ previous game against San Diego with an inflamed groin. Randall hurt his ankle during practice this week.
The news wasn’t all good, however.
Receiver Ty Montgomery, who has a sprained ankle, has been downgraded from questionable to doubtful, which means he’ll likely be inactive. The Packers were expected to see what Montgomery could do, if anything, today and that test obviously didn’t go well.
Jared Abbrederis will return kicks with Montgomery out. That may also mean some opportunities for Jeff Janis as the No. 4 receiver.
