It didn’t look any better for Green Bay Packers safety Morgan Burnett on Friday. He was again a spectator at practice because of an injured calf.
Burnett got the DNP.
He’s officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game with the Chicago Bears.
If Burnett isn’t able to go, we expect to see Micah Hyde lining up beside Ha Ha Clinton-Dix in the Packers secondary.
Want another surprise?
Too bad.
Linebacker Sam Barrington is also listed as questionable with an ankle injury. Unlike Burnett, he did practice on Friday on a limited basis, just like he’s done all week.
If, for some reason, Barrington is sidelined on Sunday, expect Nate Palmer to line up inside with Clay Matthews.
Receiver Randall Cobb is listed as probable with an injured shoulder. Everyone expects him to play.
