Thankfully, Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy’s ankle injury isn’t as severe as teammate Josh Boyd’s.
Boyd is heading to injured reserve, while Lacy seemingly has a good chance of playing in week 3.
#Packers RB Eddie Lacy, who sprained his ankle last night against the #Seahawks, could actually play on #MNF vs. #Chiefs. Injury is minor.

Lacy injured the ankle late in the first quarter of the Packers’ win over Seattle. The team called him questionable, but Lacy didn’t return to the game after the injury.
That left running the football to James Starks, who responded with a 95-yard effort.
Lacy also had an ankle injury late in the 2013 season, which is when quarterback Aaron Rodgers was dealing with a broken collarbone. Lacy played then anyway and carried the Packers offense while Rodgers was sidelined.
We imagine he’ll be playing come Monday night, too.
I wouldn’t trust the packers inept medical staff.
By the end of the week it will be an amputation just below the knee.
Sit him and adams. Backups are good. Let them fully recover so we have them 100 percent down the road. Besides we all want to see janis and ty play more.
