Remember when the World Cup came around last year and you were semi-interested in soccer? You’ll probably remember this guy Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby is hanging out with then.
That’s U.S. Men’s National Team midfielder Michael Bradley, arguably the United State’s best player. And yes, I know. Clint Dempsey. That’s why I said arguably.
Anyway, the USMNT was training for a friendly with Mexico tonight and Crosby showed up yesterday to have his picture taken with Bradley.

While that’s swell, if you’re a soccer fan, you are probably a little bit more concerned about the playing surface for this match. It’s being played in the Alamodome, which, yes, is where the San Antonio Spurs play basketball.
They basically threw some sod down over the concrete floor so you can go ahead and start placing wagers on who tears up their knee first. Hopefully, Crosby steered clear of this shit.
The playing surface at the Alamodome. Not exactly pristine. Looks better suited for the inside of a sketchy van: pic.twitter.com/x3pLDNYyMz

And here I thought MNT stood for Mutant Ninja Turtles. My bad!
