The Green Bay Packers have re-signed receiver Randall Cobb.
Cobb got a four-year, $40 million deal with $17 million guaranteed.

The deal has a slightly higher average salary than the one Jordy Nelson signed just last offseason. Nelson’s contract averages around $9.8 million.
We didn’t anticipate the Packers would be willing to go this high for their No. 2 receiver. However, it was clear Cobb was likely going to get more on the open market as, arguably, the top overall receiver available.
