Jarrett Bush, who was arrested for public intoxication early Sunday morning, isn’t being charged with anything.
The police report reveal the details of the incident.
Basically, it went something like this.
Bush was at a joint called Evelyn’t Big Italian Restaurant in Vacaville, California, which is where he lives. Police responded to a report of a fight at the restaurant, found a crowd of people outside of it and asked everyone to leave. Bush, who was in the crowd, did not leave and “continued to create a disturbance.”
So he got arrested.
The report goes on to say Bush was cooperative after he got arrested and was later released.
So that was all much ado about nothing.
I can understand that. I have been there. It is easy to be cooperative after you have been pepper sprayed, tased, beat about the face and head with a night stick multiple times, and handcuffed. Not necessarily in that order. It does tend to free up the court system for more important matters.
Drunk in public or as I call it tailgating at Lambeau
