Meanwhile, Some Chicago Bears are Fighting on Twitter

I’m not talking about manly fighting either. I’m talking about the kind of my-feelings-are-hurt fighting girls and Chicago Bears do.

So we’ve got Bears tight end Martellus Bennett on one side and guard Kyle Long on the other. Bennett apparently unfollowed Long, who then followed suit and announced it to everyone.

I don’t know about you, but this pretty much seems emblematic of the Chicago Bears’ 2014 season to me.

Well, that and the time the offensive coordinator secretly criticized our man Cutty! to the media and then later admitted it during a tearful apology to the team.

Those two things. Chicago Bears football.

clearly, they’re leaderless, they are adrift at sea [or at least off midway point]. wish Urlacher could come back and go into their “cloud” and knock, er, twists some twit[ster]s heads together, or something like that [in a “virtual” sense of course].
god, i miss the ole black and blue div. stars! seems our N div. opposition has become a barren landscape of dorkiness.

Haha, wow. I seen the Bears are interviewing John Fox. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing. Don’t know much about him. He did well in Denver, but Denver is not Chicago.

He’s a good defensive-minded head coach, seems like a pretty good dude too. I don’t see him dealing with Quitty’s shit for very long.

in contrast to the disarray at da Bears, the packers site has just posted their latest videos and all four seem to be inspired by the BCS game, where a Wild Card OSU, bursting with talent, found themselves, and found out who they were, against a well coached Oregon, who kept themselves from being crushed just by being alert, disciplined, “ball Hawks” but in the end, there is no stopping a vastly talented and coached team once “we found out who we were” in the words of one BCS victor. i am sure all four of the packers posting these “latest videos” had that lesson from that first, most famous, BCS playoff championship: and these latest videos drive home how winners put their thoughts out on the internet. enjoy:

[on the page link above just scroll down a little to the “latest videos” section just above the “team transactions” section; hope u catch them before they’re gone!
