Matt Forte is Tired of Losing to the Green Bay Packers, Dammit!

Matt Forte

The Chicago Bears opened their OTAs today and so there were a bunch of media hacks around to jam microphones into players’ faces. One of those players was running back Matt Forte.

Forte had a lot to say, but he was mostly talking about the Bears and no one gives a shit about the Bears, so we’re going to ignore those parts. What did catch our eye is that Forte is sick and goddam tired of losing to the Green Bay Packers.

This from Zach Zaidman of CBS 2 in Chicago.

#Bears RB Matt Forte: "I'm just tired of being at home at a game that means so much and losing to the Green Bay Packers."

— Zach Zaidman (@ZachZaidman) May 27, 2014

Hahahahaha! You’re playing for the wrong team then, asshat!

Maybe if you had someone other than Chokey McChokerson playing quarterback… Oh! I sprained my vagina! Gotta sit out the second half!

Let’s go to the tally. Forte has been in the league six years. That means he’s had the opportunity to play the Packers 12 times in the regular season, plus one playoff matchup for a total of 13 games.

The Bears are a sterling 3-10 in those games. Although, let’s not pretend those losses are Forte’s fault.

It takes a village of idiots and ineptitude to lose 10 times to the same team in the span of six years in the NFL.
