Yes, Aaron Rodgers Was There for the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday

Wisconsin Badgers basketball

The Wisconsin Badgers punched their ticket to the Final Four on Saturday night via a thrilling one-point win over Arizona. The game was in Anaheim and just like on Thursday, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was there.

He also strolled into the locker room again after the win. He makes an appearance toward the end of this video and gets in the middle of the team huddle.

You can hear a couple of clowns yelling “Rodgers!” like that fat dude on those State Farm commercials does. That must never get annoying.

On another note, what do you think it feels like to be a Wisconsin Badgers basketball player right now? Got to be on top of the world…

    Way to support Wisconsin!!
Great guy. We are lucky to have him and not some nematode that sends nude pics on his cell phone!

I don’t usually get into the America vs Rest of the world thing but seriously? On top of the world? NBA aside, there are plenty of other leagues that are way better than D1 hoops (the Euroleague, the Greek, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Israeli, Serbian, Russian national leagues are all above college hoops in both competitiveness and quality). Of course, it’s big in the US, I like watching it, but if you ask who are the four finalists this side of the pond 9 people out of 10 won’t know jackshit about it).

    That being said, On Wisconsin!

Fun Fact: Nematodes are the most prodigious single Phyla of extant creature on this planet. They are so prevalent that even if you were to remove all of the objects on the planet, there would be enough nematodes to create a silhouette of every single object. There is even a species that resides in animal eyes.

@euronflowner… There is no America vs. The World thing going in here. The expression “on top of the world” is just saying that those Wisconsin Badger boys are riding high in their feelings of exhilaration after turning in a fucking badass performance in beating Arizona.

What I don’t get is why everyone who isn’t from America thinks everyone from America thinks that Americans think that it’s America vs. prople not from America. Ya’ dig?

oops, my bad, misunderstood the sentence.

And we totally agree on that, I was just saying that I wasn’t usually on the hate-America bandwagon like other fellow Europeans, but that expression was over the top (in case it would have meant what i thought).

      cheers!

Rodgers seems to be enjoying it as much as Bo and the players. This is a great thing they have going on here, team moral must be sky high, I would be jacked out my skull if Rodgers broke my team down after games, I hope they finish it.

That video is awesome, starting with Matt LePay’s call.

Very happy that LePay will get to call a Final Four. Very happy for Bo Ryan.

Agreed that the players were obviously pumped about Rodgers being there and that he was as well.

I am VERY excited about watching the Badgers play in the Final Four, knowing this time that they won’t have to hold their opponent under 50 to win.
