The Green Bay Packers will start the 2013 season where they ended the 2012 season — in San Francisco. The Packers will open with the 49ers.
Interestingly, the NFL packed Green Bay’s division games into the middle of their schedule. They don’t face an NFC North foe until Week 5 and three of their last four games are against non-NFC North teams. The Packers do have a potentially huge matchup with the Chicago Bears looming on the final weekend of the season.
Overall, the Packers will play four prime-time games — three on Sunday night and one on Monday. They’ll also return to play on Thanksgiving at Detroit.
One potential drawback of the schedule is the bye in Week 4. Since the Packers usually pile up a ton of injuries, they benefit more from a late-season bye.
Here’s the full schedule. Times are Eastern.

I’m just happy to NOT have a Thursday night game on NFL network hahah
I have zero faith in the Bears putting up a fight this year.
a HORSESHIT schedule…
1.) a BYE week in Week 4…WEEK 4!!!! F*CK!
2.) Opening at SF…Ending at Chicago
3.) Only 1 pair of games back-2-back at Lambeau
4.) Playing Chicago Week 9 as they come out of a bye (that will be tough)
5.) Dec. 8th, 22nd & 29th…all outdoor games (yikes)
…………………….
2 silver-linings….
1.) We play 2 read-option teams rite off the bat: SF & Wash….so we’ll have all Summer to prepare for that garbage hybrid wildcat crap.
2.) The ViQueens have a horseshit schedule too…& after this draft, it pains me to say that they’ll be much improved over last year.
GPG
Damn, that looks tough. The week four bye is gonna hurt too.
Don’t forget, we also don’t have any back-to-back road games all season. That’s huge.
9-7?
Nice job in personally tweaking the Packer’s schedule, Goodell.
You ass-hat.
