We can’t really call what Buffalo Bills tight end Lee Smith did here a Lambeau Leap because 1. it happened in Buffalo and, 2. it was a complete and total failure.
Smith did nonetheless try to copy the Green Bay Packers traditional touchdown celebration by jumping into the stands after scoring on Sunday. As you’ll see, the morons he tried to jump into failed to catch him.
In fact, one of these clowns just keeps right on cheering while Smith is peeling himself off the ground. What are the odds another Bills player tries this?
If anyone is ever successful making this leap (and maybe if the Bills are actually ever relevant again), you know they’ll copy it from the Packers and then make up some idiotic name for it like the Ralph Wilson Romp and everyone in Buffalo will pretend it’s totally original and totally theirs.
