If you had any doubts, you shouldn’t after watching the Detroit Lions play the Green Bay Packers. The biggest collection of morons and thugs in the NFL still resides in Motown.
The Lions lead the league in guys with Sr. added to the back of their jerseys and arrests this calendar year. Now, they’ve actually sent a guy home for being a douchebag and told him he isn’t playing this week.
Interestingly, he’s one of the same idiots who has Sr. on the back of his jersey — receiver Titus Young… Sr. Coincidence? Hmmm…
How does a guy — a team’s No. 2 receiver enjoying a breakout year, no less — get kicked off his own team for a week?
“Behavior issues.”
Young reportedly lined up in the wrong place several times on Sunday. He’s also noted for sulking when he doesn’t get the ball enough. Against the Packers, Young’s stupidity caused receivers coach Shawn Jefferson to fly into a fit of rage on the sidelines.
This is also the same guy that punched teammate Louis Delmas during workouts this offseason.
The Lions sent Young home on Monday and declared him inactive for Thursday’s game.
Class acts all the way around, Detroit!
