Forbes released their rankings of the most valuable franchises in sports last week and the Green Bay Packers came in at No. 20 on the list.
The ranking isn’t much of a surprise, since all 32 NFL teams made the top 50 and the Packers finished in the middle of the NFL pack.
The Packers were valued at $1.02 billion, making them the 14th most valuable NFL franchise.
The [intlink id=”13″ type=”category”]Chicago Bears[/intlink] were the top [intlink id=”527″ type=”category”]NFC North[/intlink] team, finishing at No. 14, with a value of $1.07 billion.
The English Premiere League’s Manchester United finished first with a value of $1.86 billion. The [intlink id=”140″ type=”category”]Dallas Cowboys[/intlink] were the top NFL franchise, finishing second, with a value of $1.81 billion.
Not a big deal really. But how can the- Tampa Bay Bucs, Carolina Panthers, and the lowly Redskins be worth more than the Defending Super Bowl Champs!
