Green Bay Packers receiver [intlink id=”138″ type=”category”]Greg Jennings[/intlink] is one of the best in the game, but he’s getting his motivation from someone who’s a little better — [intlink id=”174″ type=”category”]Arizona Cardinals[/intlink] receiver Larry Fitzgerald.
Fitzgerald is a five-time Pro Bowler and one of the hardest workers in the NFL. Jennings, who has four fewer Pro Bowl selections, began working out with Fitzgerald in Arizona this week, under former NFL receivers coach Jerry Sullivan.
Jennings actually showed up one day earlier than Fitzgerald, which he was quick to point out.
“I stay on top of him because he tries to say he outworks me every day,” Jennings said. “You see he’s not here, and I am here. I got to pick Coach Sully’s brain without Larry being in my ear, trying to move me out of his house.”
Fitzgerald has had 90 receptions or more five times in a season. He’s surpassed 1,400 yards three times and has had four seasons with 10 touchdowns or more.
Jennings could have a lot worse role models.
Kick some ass Greg!!
Let’s see Fitzgerald go 99 yds on a broken leg! The pussy.
^^^^
:D
There are worse role models out there for sure! (B.O. & Ocho Stinko, etc.) Glad that Fitz and Jennings are buddies!
Greg is class ALLLLLL the way. :)
